We have been to Venice five times, but I finally took a tour to visit Murano and Burano in December 2022. I fell in love with Burano! Next time I will stay overnight(s) in Burano.
I absolutely loved Murano and Burano! Got to go on a tour with The Tour Guy back in October. My guide was amazing and it was super easy with the private boat. I liked being able to meet some of the local owners of the shops we stopped in.
This is such a great route - I will definitely use it on my next trip to Venice! Seeing the glass making process in Murano has always been a dream of mine! 🤩
The only times I’ve been to these islands is on a tour. To be fair, because I’m an independent traveler, we put information here to help everyone. It just depends if a pre-arranged boat and a knowledgeable private guide is in your budget.
Can you give me a contact please? I’ve tried phone and email many times and cannot get a response. I think I have booked but no confirmation received so not sure it went through. I would book again but not sure bearing mind cancellation policy etc. I’m sure my tour is filling up so it would be good to know either way

I’ve watched all you Italy videos, great content! Unfortunately your customer service is very lacking. I’ve tried to call multiple times and emailed twice. Wanted to book 5 tours for my wife and I, no calls back and emails that just direct you to book online without answering the questions. So pretty hesitant now to book. Hopefully whoever does these videos see this and let customer service answer calls or call people back who leave messages.

I took the vaporetto water bus to Burano in the middle of a heatwave last summer. Big mistake! This tour looks like the smart way to go!

the way to go if you don't mind paying more than 10 times the price of a full day vaporetto ticket (which cost 25€)… traveling in comfort has a price
