      The attention to detail behind hard work, the level of stress under a courteous greeting and being able to be under the radar leaving the food as the star of each evening is something that from your computer or desktop job would never understand or most likely you'll take it for granted!

    god what a horrible job. extremely difficult, you're no more than a servant, and from what he said himself you also get absolutely none of the merit for anything. "just a guy in a suit walking around". how sad is that?
