    Hi chef, nice recipe. Doesn’t the tart she’ll get soggy when you put it in the fridge?

    Chef, shouldn't the butter be cold for the tart crust ? and how did you transfer the tart after roling tot he fridge? wouldn't be fragile ?

      Depends on the method you are using to make the crust, in this video I'm using creaming method which calls for creaming softened butter with sugar. The pastry is cold while rolling so it is not fragile.
