The youngsters then probably got all the parts for free from people hoarding junk volkswaggens and cars on their lawns that they were willing to give away for free. The paint is something I can assume they spent the most money for.

Gets drenched with water. Hair & clothes are completely dry. No stunt driver, Elvis is just waterproof.
