Thank you for every single smile Bruce, not just mine but everyone who sees it, tries to sneak a picture, everyone who waves and gives a thumbs up, you've touched so many more lives than you could even imagine. It's been an absolute honor to spend actual time with you and be able to talk about everything but buggies LOL. You're a legend and I'll love you forever!
We don't own a Manx, but we own a '68 Allied bodied dune buggy, and we get more thumbs up and comments on it than any of our other classic cars. It's the most fun we can have in a little 45 hp oddball that can barely make it over 60 mph (we have to do a little work to it). So thank you Bruce for starting the fiberglass dune buggy trend! I wanted to own one since I was a little kid and I hope some day to own an actual Manx as well. We also have an identical buggy to our '68 that's on a '65 pan that is a rolling project.
I love you Bruce miss you and thank you for all the good memories and the Legacy you left behindI swear every dune buggy I find I will protect its originality🙏✌️😇
got a 72 bug but now looking at a buggy they still have the look, style and appeal to everyone, can not wait to save up and buy one....thank you! watching the video made me stop and think how simple things were when growing up in the 70's...wish I could go back...I loved my childhood...
I've always wanted a buggy. This car is just simply amazingly cute and handy. Thanks to BUGGY KING Mr. Bruce, buggy love continues not only in the States but also in Europe and Asia. Thanks Sir Bruce!!!
Well done Mr Meyers - 'Old Red' She's such a beautiful car - As a youngster I always wanted one of these amazing machines - I had a great colection of die cast toy cars - Airfix kits and the like ! - Now with the E- Buggie - The electric buggy I have my sights on one ?... Red of course ! - Thanks for sharing this snippet !
My dad and I built one of these, it's not a Meyers Manx, but a similar design. We recently got it licensed for the road. Holy fuck does it draw attention! I've had random people come up to me at the gas station, pedestrians stop and gawk, others stick their heads out of cars and almost crash.
Well, my first car was a Glaspac Buggy, a brazilian copy of the Meyers. I was 19 year old then. Now I am 64, didn´t lose my hair (sorry, Paul!), and still miss my buggy. So, guess what? I am going to buy one new buggy, "californian style", like we call the look of the Meyers. After watching this video, there´s no other way to go. And I will go driving a buggy!

All time classic! Perfect, beautiful forever!
Who *wouldn't* stare? It looks like something from Science Fiction, or something from the future. Now, 50 yrs later, it still looks futuristic.

Awesome! I'd love to be able to ride in one like that. It looks like a fun vehicle to drive during the summer months. :)
