Technically that could definitely happen, but it would have to be a lot of moisture in the room. I've almost never seen that in a remodeling situation unless there was some other issue with the home--such as leaving water on the floor for a long period of time.

This isn't even high level for Revwood now. They have Premier, and their Signature lines now. Same water resistance, but they just look even better than Plus. Its my goto floor these days, and Plus and above ... they are as waterproof as you need them to be. You can even Steam Mop them.
