Biggest take away...watch time makes a difference. I learned from other experiences that the attention span of most people is generally about 2 minutes unless you are a high-energy content producer with non-stop thrills, adventure, laughs etc...For those of us who teach strategies, long-form videos fall apart after about 5 minutes. I'm just hopeful to find that sweet spot where people are engaged and return for more.
I love telling stories. It is like there is this world in my head and I tell their stories. 🤗 Storytelling is my thing

Quick question sir, for me i'm still torn with this question. I'm in tech niche and been doing YT for 3 years. I'm torn between using native language Filipino or English. I noticed that my English videos are doing well initially after uploading but in long term my native videos are gaining views and subscribers. I'm thinking of using English to cover broader audience. I would love to have your suggestions. Thank you!
I try to keep my videos around 5-10 minutes but it's harder to build my watch hours because they are short. My watch time is good, click through rate is good, it's just hard for the hours to build with shorter videos.

I need to work on my packaging cuz my impressions are always over 1k, but my packaging really holds me back.
Many RUclipsrs talk about having a niche. But what about a channel with years long history of different topics mixed up?
I have at least 3 or 4 main topics in my channel. I know that I need to niche down. BUT HOW TO SPLIT THE CHANNEL? Is it really possible?
How to choose which topic to ramin in the current channel and which videos to take down and move in another channels?
It seems so much work that doesn't seem possible to do in a reasonable time with no extra money (the channel doesn't earn any money).
Choose the topic you can focus on best. Don't divide your energy between multiple channels. Then private/unlist any videos that don't match that niche so they aren't recommended at the end of another video.

I have the same problem ended up doing both languages English and Sinhala..but don’t know whether that affect my growth.
Do this
Speak Arabic and use English subtitles
Then try vice versa and see which performs better on average
They say when you make videos you have to have a specific person in mind. Can you see that person? Age, sex, location, language etc?
Maybe you should teach Arabic people English and teach English speakers Arabic - Look now you know what your channel can be about.

They are truly making the same videos over and over. Its like reading the same essay format with differemt subkects. Its hard to maintain originality when they're pushing a formula.
