Poor Walton around 7:49 when he realizes just how... emotional gamers can be. I genuinely wonder what went through his mind. It goes without saying that statements like the one Graham Wagner described cross the line but it seems like Walton was afraid that he messed up although the past has shown that he has *absolutely nothing* to fear, he steals every role he gets. I'm excited to see him in as "The Goul" - He looked fantastic in the trailers and was exactly my idea of a Vault Tec public figure!
They could make things more difficult for Walton if they want.
Most definitely. I was skeptical of the show as a longtime fan of the games, but after watching Justified for the first time I know if anything Walton's gonna bring that Ghoul rizz.
having watched it, he’s the best thing in it for me.
I love how the interviewer gives everyone the equal amount of talking time. He jump arounds very well
prob his like 4th or 5th of the day too given sxsw media these days
Very good interview 👍
Where's Ella ? never see her in ANY of these interviews, I thought she was the main character?
She didn't make this trip specifically
there’s 3 main characters but she’s been in lots of other interviews. I’m only guessing but being British, if she was back home she probably couldn’t make it.
Looking forward to this!!!!!!!
I was at sxsw and saw some of it. It's great.
I like the interviewers enthusiasm, but he should be better prepared. Tim Cain created the Fallout universe. Not Todd. And Todd acknowledges that. Not sure why he didn’t say something. He has added a lot to the world of Fallout but the main tone and products you see are from Tim Cain in the 90s
I disklike how Tod Howard never corrects people calling Fallout his baby. Behesda bought the IP from Interplay, where it was created by Tim Cain and his team.
Technically they bought the rights to do the third Fallout Game, then went through a massive set of lawsuits to truly acquire the entire IP (essentially stealing it from a nearly bankrupt Interplay).
@@LodanSDI Didn´t know that. Pretty rotten behaviour!
Also it was interplay not black isle for fallout 1, Black Isle was a team in interplay but the first game was just interplay
@@LodanSD they bought it. There was no stealing
Now the world is ruined, because when everyone is short of food and fighting each other to the death people still have the time to care about gay people and racism for some reason lol
Algorithm is sleeping wtf 5k views, really?
It's one of the best fallout interviews
3k views wtf
no Ella Purnell again...
She was literally in Paris during the SXSW events.
@@kaelsozee i know, its still ridiculous how all those interviews are coming out and not a single one will have the main vault dweller actress or be an actual cast interview without the production crew
Not really their fault, though. @@Rellbot
@@kaelsozee im blaming the crew responsible for organizing the fallout crew into these interviews, its something to be noted
Imagine if Tod would have eluded to when the Fallout 4 update is coming. 😎
Dude those Jordans be sick!
This interview was good, the interviewer was a little green behind the ears though. This is a beloved twenty year old franchise; It's important to paint a picture and really set the tone for what Fallout is all about. Regardless, I'm so freaking excited for this TV series on Prime Video :)
11:11 Worst. Boss. Ever. Can you imagine working so hard for someone who’ll just undercut you in public? Jonathan Nolan gotta be the most arrogant POS case of nepotism I’ve ever witnessed. The last and worst of it is that Nolan isn’t lying. He really enjoys the suffering of underlings.
I see where you're coming from but I really dont think he was trying to be rude or condescending with what he said. From what Ive seen in a couple of interviews with him involving this show he tends to joke pretty often and have a laid back personality and take on everything, to tear down his stars that act in his shows on camera would really dampen his career
Nothing will dampen his career He’s Chris Nolan’s brother and also a merciless plagiarist liar.
@@gussygoro2469?
What a clown you are! 😂 he was clearly joking
dude come on he's clearly just joking
The games are set in the beginning in a technologically 1950's America. Interracial marriages were not common. So they really kind of just "checked a box." That isn't the only thing. For the record I'm Hispanic and am in an interracial marriage, so save the phony "racist" narrative. I've got 7715.2 hours in Fallout 4 and counting. I love the franchise, but I'm a bit concerned about how Bethesda has embraced DEI...which means Destruction, Exclusion, and Intolerance.
Will I watch? Initially, then we'll see.
Tod ruins Fallout.
I'm praying to God that this show doesn't suffer the same fate as what the show runner and writers for The Witcher were responsible for...
