I would highly reccommend anything from the basement it helps a lot to see how they pull off some of these intricate songs live without any taped stuff. To start if you want a great rock tune try Bodysnatchers and if you just want beautiful try Nude or Reckoner again from the basement. Radiohead is the epitome of your grower type band and when it finally clicks for you it's magical.
Nice song breakdown, at least you are honest in what you like and don't like, that's a nice change from many other reactors. Not sure if you have heard Exit Music (for a film)? from OK Computer, another brilliant track - and also, I think you might like Climbing Up The Walls, a different, more "creepy" tune by them.
You mean "Street Spirit (Fade out)" and not "Just" and that's the fadeout to the album. Try "Just" again, you won't get more speedy and heavy guitars with Radiohead!
Their journey is very Beatle-like in nothing but good ways.
