A totally underrated kick ass rock song. These guys have so many incredible songs this is a second rater. Most bands dream of hitting with a song this good.
Just for information, the Stones have always been “ not note perfect “ live , but energy and performance carries them through! That’s why we love them!
This was my favorite number from this concert. Mick Jagger, at around 60 here, looked the best he ever did, in my opinion. He was in superb physical shape, very buff. He was almost attractive here. Additionally, I enjoy watching this band in the smaller venues. Perhaps if and when they tour again I will see them in person, which I have never done. That is on my bucket list. I have been a fan of the Stones since 1965, when they performed on The Ed Sullivan Show and I was ten years old.
They used to do it on their European Tour 1976 after Black & Blue was released , they did did quite a few of those songs during the Tour, including ' Cherry Oh Baby' but maybe not Memory Motel ? which they revived years later! This later version of Hand of Fate is played with relish & sounds great , even if Jagger muddles some of lyrics !
I LOVE THE ROLLING STONES. KEEF IS MY HERO. I read his bio. It was funny and informative. I play and these guys inspire me when I want to quit. They are the best in real rockand roll.
no solo la super voz potente de mick , también la espectacular forma de tocar de Keith, e inclusive los redobles de Charlie. en la vida sabran quienes son los rolling stones
And furthermore, Keith and Ron practice the "ancient art of weaving" their guitars (as Richards says on his book), and they both sound better than other ten (also said by Richards). And, of course, I agree. Enjoy their music.
You know trouble isn't my middle name, but it's is more like my shadow. It follows me, & is there even on a beautiful sunny day if I just look for it for one moment.
nothing anybody will ever say or do will ever effect their legacy whether you like them now then not at all somebody someboboddy will if you cant rock me
Ron Wood was definitely not up to Wayne Perkins level and he certainly was enough to make Taylor's level who was probably their best guitarist and also Brian Jones guitar is very underrated as well
I am on this stupid voice thing that I cannot clear on my phone while I was trying to enunciate was that Ron Wood was not up to Mick Taylor level at all
Love this song black n blue underrated in my opinion, the songs really gel well when played live,so Glastonbury Black n blue live that'll confuse the masses.
Fans this is from Licks tour. If you follow the band you know and see Ronnie using the guitar strap throughout Licks tour... they had videos up on fan site thru Licks making us feel special for our $100 (which of course was needed to get club show tickets in middle of the night when they dropped) and Ronnie talked in one video about having the straps made.
nunca en la vida , ningún integrante de los rolling se podría asemejar a algún grupo, este comentario solo por decir que , la verdad de las verdades , nadie como, los rolling stones
I mainly like Keith playing. He's my guru on guitar terms. But I have to say that Ron Wood is too much underrated as a guitarist.I love this live song because is so unstructured referring the original song, that the final construction is a kind of jazz. And of course, the Ron Wood solos are not the same as the original record, but everybody would have to know that The Stones always play their songs on stage completely changed from the recorded songs. And in every gig you can hear new nuances, slight changes in the songs that make them as interesting as a master book of musical theory.
Yeah, but Wayne ain't a Stone, baby. Could he keep up with Keith? Even Clapton couldn't. And I'm not talking about on stage with an axe. I'm talking about being a rock star. Session players are often brilliant musicians. Agreed. But to be a Stone takes the whole package.
@@Contractnik yes, - any band can get a hot shot to come in and record with them, but being in a real band and playing night after night a whole other thing, - I'm a mediocre guitar player but excellent band member, been active playing for years, I know how to get it right - woody's great just inconsistent, but in the 70s he rocked
Thanks for the feedback, we'll crank it up to 11 on future tracks.
Love you too, thanks for subscribing.
Cheers
Please, turn up the volume, is a excelent song but few versions in live!!!!!!!!
Plug in your speakers and put it loud, it works.
😯🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
Turn up the volume...it's too low
A totally underrated kick ass rock song. These guys have so many incredible songs this is a second rater. Most bands dream of hitting with a song this good.
I love HAND OF FATE....One of my favs.. 💯💯💯
Yep
Tells a perfect story. Almost a pity that some of their other work eclipses this amazing song.
A phenomenal song. They have SO many
Eu gosto do álbum de estúdio essa música inclusive a que mais gosto
Hey Stones ...Turn up the volume. This is fantastic
Yeah volume needs to be fixed definately!!! You cannot hear the stones in low volume!
Black and Blue is so underrated I love this tune
Still the worlds greatest rockandroll band!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just for information, the Stones have always been “ not note perfect “ live , but energy and performance carries them through! That’s why we love them!

Almost attractive??? Are you crazy, Susan. He is AMAZING.
Best...Song...Ever...
I always wondered how they would sound this tune out live. Thank you!!!

One of my fav tracks from Black and Blue.....i grew up on this album!....it felt raw and pure......it still does after all these years!..
A fine rendition of obe that means a lot to so many of us...
This song is a hidden gem ☝🏻🎤💃✌🏻
This was probably the best Mick Jagger ever looked. He was around 60 there and looked fantastic, filled out and buff.
I have to agree, he's displaying a pretty good set of guns here.
No se si sería su mejor momento, pero me sorprende más verlo con casi 80 y moviéndose como uno de 20 todavía
He sure did look good
One of my favorite Black and Blue tracks, amazing
black and blue with in case of beer, that's a party
Great rock n roll song!!!! Got to see them in person and it wuz fantastic!!!!
I'm still listening now.... Happy holidays... Greetings from Croatia, Tanja 🎄🎅☃️😊... And great comment 👍💯
I LOVE THE ROLLING STONES. KEEF IS MY HERO. I read his bio. It was funny and informative. I play and these guys inspire me when I want to quit. They are the best in real rockand roll.
Todo el lp "black and blue" es de lo mejor de los Stones, y esta canción es!! súper potente!!!. Crazy Mamma, Melody, Fool to Cry y Hand of fate. Poker
Black and Blue is so underrated, you're right!
I love the Stones they are amazing!
Again, great performance and music from Rolling Stones.
Ronnie bludgeoning and faffing his way through the fantastic original Wayne Perkins solo!!!
Another video extravanganza superbly made in the shade!!!!!!!!!!
I bought in +/- 76 my first stero-equipment and Black and Blue! Great memory and very nice to see them here still going strong!
no solo la super voz potente de mick , también la espectacular forma de tocar de Keith, e inclusive los redobles de Charlie. en la vida sabran quienes son los rolling stones
Black and Blue baby! Great Album! Their 2nd best Album cover!
I love Charlie, he is sooo cool.
Carus :-)

This 'un 'splains why th boyz ain't solo artists!! Dey mates, ya know!
BIG Thumbs Up!!!
one of my favorite rolling stones songs....maybe wayne perkins can join them....
more like replace Ron Wood, Wood's playing is horrible here.
Excellent
And furthermore, Keith and Ron practice the "ancient art of weaving" their guitars (as Richards says on his book), and they both sound better than other ten (also said by Richards). And, of course, I agree. Enjoy their music.
YES! THANK YOU!
Very Very Good - Great Rock´n´Rolling Stones forever

Come musicisti e canta autori non ce ne saranno più come loro Rolling stons
You know trouble isn't my middle name, but it's is more like my shadow. It follows me, & is there even on a beautiful sunny day if I just look for it for one moment.
Fabulous live the boys! Use volume booster
Love this song how about you can't fucking hear it. It's always nice to listen to a song that you can fucking hear with a little energy.
Hello, I happy that you like this song, could you please turn up the volume a bit? Hope you you heard the version from Paris 1976? ✌️
Came to see keeth do his moves = ) love it!
I really love this version. You should of fix the volume of this video though. It's way too low.
Greetings from Germany
GREAT!!!
I m Loved!!!!
I absolutely love you boyzzzzzzzzzz...X
One of my alltime favourite Stones tracks. This is from the mid-70s - and not performed live very often. Love it!
LOVE this version even if it sounds a bit messy. Only this band could pull it off.
oh yeah!
yes
Ein sehr guter Song...gefällt mir..🎵🎼🎶🎤🔝👌👏...
What is with all the Ron haters, he does a good job on this song, some impressive playing
nothing anybody will ever say or do will ever effect their legacy whether you like them now then not at all somebody someboboddy will if you cant rock me
Thank you mates!
Cool 😎
excelente rolololololon de los stones
отлично!
Massacre !!!
the original guitar solo on black and blue is by wayne perkins, no?
YES.
Yes, and it's twenty times better than this solo! Wayne Perkins!
Ron Wood was definitely not up to Wayne Perkins level and he certainly was enough to make Taylor's level who was probably their best guitarist and also Brian Jones guitar is very underrated as well
I am on this stupid voice thing that I cannot clear on my phone while I was trying to enunciate was that Ron Wood was not up to Mick Taylor level at all
Brownwood was probably taken by the band because he fit in because he looked like a skell like Keith and sometimes Mick look for the coffee
Love it :)
I want Mick,s T-Shirt .
Ronnie destroys another solo. Mailing it in for over 40 years.
A great great song from Black and Blue completely butchered. Mick Ronnie and Keith are all mailing it in.
I thought Ronnie’s solo was rather delightful, I’ll take Ronnie’s guitar playing over many of the more technically advanced players out there.
It even sounds like a solo. Playing some random notes.
nice!
They need to fix the sound. Volume sucks.
+Contractnik Yeah, these Official Videos need some more VOLUME!!! this music has to be played loud!!!
coincido totalmente !!
Keith was still the coolest dude on the planet here
The Stones should record with an analog desk and Studer tape machine!
Maybe they are shy the money.
Love this song black n blue underrated in my opinion, the songs really gel well when played live,so Glastonbury Black n blue live that'll confuse the masses.
Keith is an amazing musician and guitar player!
Brutal
nagy banda nagy zene!!!
@01:17 Jagger, the hands-on CEO making things happen, haha.
I prefer the record version... more coll and sweet ! :
Fans this is from Licks tour. Please turn up the volume
Wow have seen more of this consert on youtube and whole consert is fantastic! Is there a dvd from whole consert te buy somewhere?
It is in the Forty Licks boxed DVD set.
Ronie makes always good job :))
LOUDER!
That was from the black and blue. Album
они вечны!)
“ And the last man on Earth shall be named Keith Richards “-Nostradamus
Turn it up!!!!!!! The volume is too low!Wanna here it rt!!!!!Lv you!!!
3:10 Mick's moves look like he's using machines at the gym for a second: then jumping rope the next, with his arm movements :P
.... not even close !!!!
This is a nice version but the one from Paris 76 is great! Can we get those shows released as "official"?
Was there it sound really good.

bravo -- well said! Too many rock-snobs commenting here.
They work well together as a team, complementing each other. That is probably why Wood and Richards have played together for so long.
Volume!!!
The only good musician is Charlie. He's always flawless.
Careful, Ronnie, don't hurt y'self on Wayne Perkins solo...
Volume??????? Great song....
Wayne Perkins pummels ronnie wood
Yeah, but Wayne ain't a Stone, baby. Could he keep up with Keith? Even Clapton couldn't. And I'm not talking about on stage with an axe. I'm talking about being a rock star. Session players are often brilliant musicians. Agreed. But to be a Stone takes the whole package.
@@Contractnik yup. see: Ian Stewart

Soft as pastel.. power performance ...in Paris... but turn up the tune a tiny bit more...
the massacre !!! arggggggggg
Ronnie Wood se dà su vitrinazo con el punteo principal de la melodìa.
volume still not cranked-up?? We want to hear that Telecaster riff loud
It wasn't him in the first place. It was Wayne Perkins.
Ronnie is the new guy only with the band 30 years.
42 years and counting now.
too late now, but back to the rehearsal room boys, this was a train wreck
Que lastima que el audio este tan bajo, es un temazo para poner al palo....
already been answered by Rod Rolling Stone
For once Mick is the weakest link here, messing up lyrics! It's really rocking though, good song!
I read somewhere that Mick really hates to sing this song "with all the words".
Looks like he was lifting weights for this tour...
He says before the song on the dvd they dont do it alot because of all the lyrics
why volume low
Mick Jagger The Best...!!!
