Great video !!! I will say when I was growing up in the 80’s we didn’t have so many people criticizing the solos as we do today. I listen to some of the RUclips pages where people submit their music and the massive critiquing fellow guitarist do is insane. They forget they were beginners at one time and believe if you don’t play at 799999 bpm and use exotic scales or if you repeat something you’re not creative. They forget a lot of the guitarist people idolize repeat licks so many times.
This video covers more the topic of overlooked musical concepts that advanced players and beginners alike tend to forget. I'll probably make a video on bad habits to avoid soon as its a popular topic. in the mean time dont worry about bad habits too much, just keep playing and having fun :)
