As someone who only trains with kettlebells and bodyweight, I am so happy that I found a channel where the training modules aren't limited to swings and snatches. I do love those exercises. But I am now looking for more tension focused training to get my strength going. Thank you man.
I really enjoy this workout and do it regularly. The rotational movements are especially challenging; most people don't train rotation, which I think is a mistake. I also like the suitcase kneeling presses. Again, many people don't work different weights in each hand. I enjoy that you are doing something non traditional. Please put out more full workouts like this. Love 'em.
Massive thanks to you for all this content you put out. I used to hate training legs but with your style of mixing different exercises together makes me so much more interested in the movements. Hope your channel keeps on growing 💪
I appreciate you show how sometimes you need to reset. Or the movement isn’t always perfect. It’s the honesty. I’ll keep saying it but you’re the future. I hope Joe Rogan has you on.
I am having some disc bulges pain at the moment and slowly getting better with core stability training. I will definitely be doing these very soon. Keep it up!
Im new sub and Im really happy that i found this profile. My hobby is RUN/bike/Swim but this workout is one of my fav to improve mobility and strength. Thank you ❤
Hey man, can you make a video about your diet style? I know you do a lot of steak and fruits but I think it would help us all if you made a video going into more depth. If you have already done something like this could you link it? Thanks man!
yo, new sub here man. this is actually legit, I like what I see. Definitely going to give it a try very soon, please keep coming with more workout for us! Much appreciated, seriously. THX.

Please pardon the silly question but I assume that this is intended to be done as individual sets with short breaks in between? 4x15 for example would 4 sets of 15 with 60 second breaks for example?

Took me 2 hours to finish this one😅 Are push-ups your primary chest workout? I know you don’t use barbell often. Thanks for the content man!
Yes they are! And some dips and floor press
What is the weight of the kettlebells?
Please pardon the silly question but I assume that this is intended to be done as individual sets with short breaks in between? 4x15 for example would 4 sets of 15 with 60 second breaks for example?
Yes correct
Are these supposed to be done in circuits?
No but they can be done that way if needed
