I didn't know you could add water to keep the eggs from sticking! The texture was dense, but they retained their richness and didn't lose any flavor. I fried with minimal added sunflower oil, because I generally cook without oil. (Not because I'm greasy, but because oil overpowers the rich flavor of the dish). By the way, scrambled eggs would taste much better with white onions!

A bit too late but for those who see this: for the boiled eggs place them vertically not horizontally. If you place them horizontally, the yolk will be on one of the sides. If you place them vertically, the yolk will be right in the middle.

i actually liked the water in pan idea for sunny side up...this would be my recipe for that...looked soo good...and the poached egg in a bowl idea...i went to a luxury hotel and was wondering how did they get the poached egg so perfectly shaped...now i know...they probably have a bowl of choice and put the lower side up...ingenious and so simple...

Not an expert on eggs, but regarding the eggs, have you tried cooking them in an air fryer? The are the same as poached eggs as that method uses water . The eggs in the air fryer are cooked only by the heat inside, and by altering the temperature and times of cooking, you can have eggs the way you like them. I cook my air fry eggs on 385 degrees and for 6 minutes. Perfect.
I put butter or oil in the pan, and I cracked the eggs into the pan. And I like to move them around a little bit so I get big chunks of yolk and big chunks of white. It’s so much more satisfying.
