Mine is doing the same thing and Segway thinks I'm a repair shop too.
Mines out of warranty and is doing the exact same thing.
Certainly was mildly entertaining!
Pull the motor apart, it could be a loose wire. I had to solder one back on and I had only done 20km.
@@Asque42 took a good hard look inside the motor and nothing is loose or broken. Oh well… They sent me a new one for free.
Did you solve what the problem was?
Hopefully today. They sent me a new motor/wheel. New video to follow.
