Spoiler alert : After 10 minutes, they just insert a custom table with grand total data and use the old combo chart trick to add totals on stacked columns. So this video has nothing to do with pivot charts and the title is misleading.

Misleading title. Doesn't really tell how to do it in a pivot chart, just copies data to a table.
