Holy, that's surprisingly simple, just mashed shrimp acts as a filling, potatoes as wrapping like noodles, and whole shrimp with some flour. Now I actually want to try making this when I get back home
it's simple when you are looking at a chef preparing it, I can tell cutting potatoes that thin and wrapping it around that shrimp is going to be tough without it breaking
@@neweden. if its easier cut thin sheets before you julienne the potato's, try dropping the potato strings in boiling water for just a few moments they soften up like noodles. Enjoy!
I love that Hoyoverse is trying out different things to engage with the community, it's really interesting! I'd totally be in favour of a cooking series similar to "Taste Show" with Chef John, (i.e no need for voice overs, just cooking with translated ingredients names and weight), but focused around bringing the cuisine of Genshin to life.
I would also prefer it like the "How to cook in the Victorian Way" series from the English Heritage channel. While a professional chef is a must nowadays for standards, someone acting, with a personality befitting genshin's themes, would be cool too.

With less water, it'll be easier to make the minced shrimp turn into thick paste. Which is what you want than having a gloopy blob. Shrimps have a lot of water in them. The meatball(shrimpball) they made here is done by stirring the mince in one direction and speed, (bc one direction is practically efficient) where it causes the protein to bind and easier to shape once it becomes stickier and cohesive.

But there is no recipe for shrimp paste in the video. I guess you may need to put some seasonings like salt, soy sauce ,pepper and a little bit of egg white in shrimp paste. If it is my own taste, I may also put some ginger to remove fishiness

It's more of an art than a game. Because the gameplay is pretty cheap compared to the rest of the game. Feels like they gave all their money to artists and forgot about the coders.

To give a more restrained explanation of Monachos' argument: Presentation started out alright and just got better with time, meanwhile the gameplay started out rough around the edges and now its...more or less the same. Very little has changed overall. In fact, some issues have been around since 1.0 like Artifact RNG and the inability to Pet the Dog(TM). Hoyoverse can pull off some crazy good things when they want to, but outside their interests they're about as lazy and complacent as the average Gacha company.
I loved this. It's even better that the first character they cooked for was keqing. She was my 1st ever 5 star, I have a soft spot for her because of it, and I constantly use her
Lucky. I still don't have her, but my first five star was Yoimiya, and even though she's no longer my main DPS, I still keep her on my team. It's quite amazing how attached you become to a character who got you through so much
They mentioned of Golden Shrimp Balls is Keqing's favorite, but... She has her own special dish is grilled fish from her own electricity. EXTRA EDIT Since her birthday passed in 2 days later. I still want Keqing to be viable for whole adventures even they have better electro DPS like Raiden Ei or Cyno. Yet... There's still peoples wants everyone to forget Keqing.

I love those videos so much. That food, and the process of making it, is literally art. We can see the amount of love and passion they put into this, an amount that personally I've never seen before. It's really nice to learn about different cultures in this way, so enjoyable. Also, who drawn that adorable comic scene between Gouba and Keqing from the Moonchase Festival? It's beautiful!
I got so hungry watching this video wanting to try the finish dish … and I’m not the biggest fan of seafood in general but do like shrimp and I must say, my mouth was watering to try it. I've tried to recreate this dish today, if you don't have the skill to chop potato into slices i would highly recommend to use pastry skin as a alternative. I personally use lumpia wrapper(it's cheap and deep fry able) as alternative and it works pretty well in comparison to bread crumbs. You don't need to coat the dish with flour before deep fry since you are using lumpia wrapper
I can't handle seeing the shrimp alive and then cracked open... we have teeny tiny shrimp as pets. I feel guilty eating coconut shrimp, but it's just so yummy. This video was amazing! woah this is just. top tier

The combat based on overly chaotic and simple elemental skills or the exploration that consists of finding chest but having to complete an absolutely nonsensical and moronic puzzle to open it just to get the non-interesting loot? Nothing about that is interesting. It's super cheaply made. The art is good mostly, the gameplay design not as much.
To give a more restrained explanation of Monachos' argument:
Presentation started out alright and just got better with time, meanwhile the gameplay started out rough around the edges and now its...more or less the same. Very little has changed overall. In fact, some issues have been around since 1.0 like Artifact RNG and the inability to Pet the Dog(TM).
Hoyoverse can pull off some crazy good things when they want to, but outside their interests they're about as lazy and complacent as the average Gacha company.
I loved this. It's even better that the first character they cooked for was keqing. She was my 1st ever 5 star, I have a soft spot for her because of it, and I constantly use her
Lucky. I still don't have her, but my first five star was Yoimiya, and even though she's no longer my main DPS, I still keep her on my team. It's quite amazing how attached you become to a character who got you through so much

They mentioned of Golden Shrimp Balls is Keqing's favorite, but... She has her own special dish is grilled fish from her own electricity.

Since her birthday passed in 2 days later. I still want Keqing to be viable for whole adventures even they have better electro DPS like Raiden Ei or Cyno. Yet... There's still peoples wants everyone to forget Keqing.

I've tried to recreate this dish today, if you don't have the skill to chop potato into slices i would highly recommend to use pastry skin as a alternative. I personally use lumpia wrapper(it's cheap and deep fry able) as alternative and it works pretty well in comparison to bread crumbs. You don't need to coat the dish with flour before deep fry since you are using lumpia wrapper
