I have the same exact smoker and I absolutely love it! I cooked a huge prime rib roast for Christmas dinner last week and it came out perfect. Anything I cook/smoke on it comes out to perfection. These smokers are very good quality and value compared Traegers.
I completely agree. I have done brisket, pork shoulder, chicken, pastrami, sausages, catfish, squirrel, deer back strap wrapped in bacon, and a cornish hen. Everything was delicious. I have found that my temperature probes aren't reading accurately anymore but that's no big deal. I have other thermometers.
Just bought this smoker, instructions say to connect to internet to get started. The control panel on the grill doesn’t offer a Bluetooth option. So does it have this option?
So far we've made pork ribs, chicken wings, deer tenderloin, and sausages with apple wood. Everything came out perfect. And some of the best ribs I've ever had. It's so easy to use.

I don't think my smoker has bluetooth, and I've been through all the settings. Maybe the newer ones do? I'm not sure.
no Bluetooth but you can upgrade the control unit to Bluetooth. #200.00 instructions on camp chef RUclips page.

@@adam75south 2 on the bottom rack and possibly 1 more on the top rack.
