This is one of the better Heroes of Might & Magic 3 inspired games. Still being actively developed with regular updates. Recommended

i tried to get in to this multiple times, as I have enjoyed games like this 20 years ago. I just couldn't stick with it though.
Wonderful game which gets better with each update. A blast in multiplayer & extremely stable, as well.
Deep list of solo adventures which is great. Also, playing with a friend allows them to play as the AI against you. This is a great option to let a new player test out a ton of units and start to learn how they play. You can always just choose not to and let the AI play as intended.

I notice there are lots of negative comments about this game. So i decided not to play it! Still fun to watch!
Shit. If I excluded games because of negative comments I'd never be able to play anything in 2024. XD Seriously? I think the negative comments about SoC come from two places, people who want it to be HoMM3, King's Quest, etc., which it isn't, having only the foundational elements of older TBS and RTS games, but building a unique take on them from the essence system which affects everything from army make-up to offensive/defensives tactics and strategies, and people who think that it's too similar to the OG games, even though... well, for those same reasons. The third group, which is surprisingly large, are people who don't like TBS games in the first place, so their dislike of it is to be expected. XD

Game is very good higly recomendet and its price is som Like 15 $ so its even better. For now i can say this game got potentoial to become beter heros gamę.

Not a bad game by any means but it is more style than substance. Grognards will not find much here that's rewarding.

after 40 minutes of gameplay, my eyes hurt. PIxel art games are not for me :(
