NYC's New Cult Favorite Burger - The Gotham Smash by Gotham Burger Social Club

My friend Mike Puma started doing pop-ups with his Gotham Smash burger during the pandemic as a way to help bars that needed to serve food when NYC's COVID rules required it. Now he continues running his regular pop-ups with long lines of hungry New Yorkers who come back week after week to sink their teeth into his juicy smashed burgers, featuring onions smashed into New York Valley Wagyu patties, American cheese, bread and butter pickles, special sauce, ketchup, and mustard in Martin's potato rolls.
