I'm from the US, but my German grandma always used to make this cabbage and noodle dish called Haluski. It's super easy and super good. You take one large onion and dice it, and one head of cabbage and shred it. You cook the onions and the cabbage in 1/2 cup butter until the onions are golden brown. While you cook the onions and cabbage, boil one package of egg noodles until slightly underdone. When the onions and cabbage are browned, add the drained noodles, a bit more butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Fry for a minute or two, and then eat! It is such a comforting dish, and surprisingly complex for so few ingredients! Thanks for making such fun videos!

Hungarian mac'n'cheese from a city called Orosháza: Make a Hungarian stew ("pörkölt") base by chopping and sweating a large onion or two in oil or fat (not butter). Pull it aside from the fire, add a teaspoonful of Hungarian paprika powder ("édesnemes," not the spicy hot variety), mix with the onions, and turn it back on the fire again. Now, if this was regular "pörkölt" you would add cubed meat now, but since it's not, add hard, melty cheese of any kind which you have previously grated. I like smoked cheese, but that kind won't fully melt. Mix and melt with the paprika-y onions, then add what you would add if this was a meat "pörkölt" which you wanted to turn into "paprikás," that is to say, add sour cream so that it would become a creamy, bechamel looking mixture. Let it bubble for a bit, then add your cooked elbow pasta, mix, enjoy.
Make Indonesian Mie Goreng DukDuk!! (It's called dukduk bc the seller used to make a 'duk duk' sound by hitting a piece of bamboo while they walk around the housing complex). Ingredients: boiled dried noodles, pak choy, shallots, garlic, sesame oil, msg, salt, white pepper, sweet soy sauce, 'raja rasa' sauce, eggs, oil. Mince some garlic & shallot, and some pak choy. Add oil to the pan, sautee the garlic and shallot, then add pak choy and noodles. Season with all the seasonings (except the sesame oil). In the same pan, scramble some eggs, once the eggs cooked, mix it with the noodles. Lower the heat then finish with some sesame oil.
I recommend a peculiar sweet, cake-like noodle dish from Hungary called vergabéles. It is made with vermicelli/angel hair noodles, puff pastry, quark/cottage cheese and optionally, raisins and sugar. you can find some pretty accurate tutorials for it on youtube with questionable noodle choices, but vermicelli is the most common in my experience.

Here you go bulgarian chicken noodle soup: Clean the chicken thighs and remove the skin. (Save the skin) Place them in a pot with 1l of water and put the heat on high. Wash and chop the carrots, parsnip, onion and potatoes and put in the pot with the chicken. Let it boil for 30min on low heat. Break the spaghetti and add them to the pot. Keep it boiling until all ingredients are fully cooked. Take the chicken thighs out and shred the meat off the bone. Place the meat back in soup pot. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and mix the yolk with the yogurt in a large bowl. Slowly add some of the broth to the egg/ yogurt mixture, do not rush it or the egg will split from the heat. Add 2-3 full ladles of the broth and then do the same from the bowl to the soup pot. Put back the egg/yogurt broth mixture back in the pot by pouring it slowly and turn off the heat. The egg will be cooked already. Add the chopped bell peppers and parsley and finish it with 1 tbsp of butter. *if you're feeling fancy* - fry up the skin, sprinkle it on top for some chicken crunch Mix it all in and the soup is ready.

FutureCanoe this message probably won't make it but pls make bakmi ayam kampung (or radioactive chicken) from Indonesia Here is the Ingredients list: For noods: 500 gr (All purpose flour) 3-4 tbs (cornstarch) 100 ml water 3 whole eggs 2-3 tbs (Lye Water) Salt and Pepper to taste For everything else: 1 Radioactive chicken MSG, salt and Pepper to taste Garlic, shallot oil Sesame oil Soy sauce Bok choy Scallions Preparation Noods: 1. Mix dry ingredients, salt, pepper until smooth 2. Place on the table the dry ingredients that have been mixed evenly, (clean flat surface) 3.Make a hole in the middle (like making a volcano) break the egg inside 4.Knead until combined, add to the bowl/container. 5.Pour in the water & gray water slowly while kneading (for more than 30-40 minutes, you can also use a KitchenAid with a dough attachment) - This is the most important step because it determines the elasticity of the noodles. 6.Once smooth, cut the dough into 5 parts (5 portions) 7.Flatten each piece, continue to roll until smooth, then grind it into noodles. (You can dust it with flour so it doesn't stick) Broth: 1.Fillet chicken however you like (or use radioactive chicken thighs and breasts) 2. Boil with 1 tbs of salt, 2 teaspoon MSG and 1 teaspoon white pepper on high heat for around 30 min (PS: the meat also comes from here so no extra work) The rest of the steps: 1.In a bowl combine 1 tbs of garlic oil, 1/2 tbs sesame oil, 1 teaspoon soysauce, 1 teaspoon of MSG, and a pinch of white pepper 2. Boil ur noods until preferred texture is usually around 40 seconds 3. Combine ur noods into the bowl full of oil 4. Add Chicken that came from broth (Don't forget to cut up into strips) 5. Blanch Bok Choy for 1-2 minutes 6 . Add scallions 7 .Enjoy! I'd appreciate it if u actually made this. Alright Thank u!

Best Slavic noodle recipe from my childhood: You'll need: Milk 500 Millilitres Vermicelli (small)50 Grams Butter 1 Tbsp. Sugar 1 Tbsp. Salt to taste (but it supposed to be sweet) Recipe: 1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to the boil, add salt and sugar. Add the vermicelli and mix thoroughly. 2. Cook, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes. 3. Ready milk pasta put on a plate, add butter and stir. The soup is ready!

Hello Futurecanoe, I´ve got for you something nooodley ... Sweet noodles recipe from Czech republic. This recipe is traditional Czech from period of First Republic. It was an era full of optimism and elegance, but mainly for those who had money. In poorer families, they often had to make do with very little. However, housewives had to be more inventive when they had to cook for the family practically from nothing. One of the most common dishes became noodles with poppy seeds. Do you want to prepare them according to the traditional recipe? Traditional noodles with poppy seeds You might think making noodles with poppy seeds is easy? Of course - just cook store-bought pasta according to your choice and season them. However, today we will advise you on how to make homemade pasta; something like how clever housewives of the First Republic used to make. What we will need for the noodles: 500 grams of all-purpose flour 4 eggs a pinch of salt And additionally: 100 grams of butter 100 grams of ground poppy seeds 100 grams of powdered sugar plums, pears, apples, or other fruit (optional) Procedure: On a clean surface or a rolling board, we pour flour and make a small well in the middle of the pile. We crack the eggs into it, add a pinch of salt, and gently mix it with a smaller hand whisk. The pasta dough must be kneaded by hand, and it takes a while. Once the dough is compact, we shape it into a roll, wrap it in foil, and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Now it's time for making the noodles. Today there are various machines where we simply insert the dough, turn the handle a few times, and neat noodles or other types of pasta come out of the machine. However, the housewives of the First Republic certainly didn't have anything like that. They had to roll out the dough nicely, to a thickness of about 1 millimeter. Then they carefully folded the dough from each side towards the center, then once again, and finally folded one half onto the other. From this multilayered stack, they then cut noodles about a centimeter thick. The noodles should be allowed to dry for a while, and then they are boiled in salted boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. When they are done, we drain the water through a strainer, place portions of noodles on plates, sprinkle them with poppy seeds and sugar, and pour melted butter over everything. Tip: If you want to enhance your noodles, you can simmer chopped plums, pears, or apples with sugar in a smaller saucepan until tender, and then add the fruit to the noodles. It's also great to sprinkle the noodles with crumbled hard cottage cheese - and the dish becomes even more nutritious! Its a bit crazy, but I hope that you will like it. Lots of love from Prague.
Hey!! can you try a dish called Thukpa in the next episode. its such a comforting Tibetan dish but broadly enjoyed in Nepal ,where I am from. It is mostly enjoyed during rainy days. I will really wish that you will try it and enjoy. This recipe is for veg thukpa but you can make it with chicken, goat meat or even buffalo meat, if you can find it. INGREDIENTS: For the Noodles Water - 2 liter Hakka Noodles - 1 packet 180 gms Salt - 1 tsp For the soup Oil - 1 tbsp Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped Onion - 1 medium finely sliced Cabbage - 1/2 cup finely sliced Carrot - 1 small finely sliced Salt - 1 tsp Momo Chutney - 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Msg - 1/2 tsp key ingredients for the hilly taste, optional Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper - 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp Coriander Stems - handful, chopped Hakka Noodles Masala - 1 sachet or ½ tsp curry powder Stock - 1 cup Lemon Juice - 1 tsp RECIPE STEPS: 1.In a deep pan pour 1 ½ liter of water and add the salt, bring the water to a boil over high flame. 2.Add the noodles, and boil for 3- 5 minutes or until lightly soft. Cooking time depends on the noodles you use. 3.Check the noodles by breaking them; if it’s soft then the noodles are done 4.Once done strain the noodles, do not throw the noodle water. 5.Pour some fresh water on the noodles, so as to stop the cooking process. Once done set aside. For the cabbage water 1.Grate one cabbage add ½ tsp salt and the squeeze out all the water from the cabbage. Reserve the water for the stock. For the Thukpa Soup 1.Heat a wok over high heat, pour oil in the wok starting from the sides. 2.Add ginger and sliced onions, cook for a minute over high flame. 3.Next add cabbage, carrot and salt, stir fry for 2 minutes. 4.Add tomato, momo chutney, ginger garlic paste, msg, haldi powder, garam masala, pepper and soya sauce. Mix everything and stir fry for 1 minute. 5.Finally add coriander stems and the hakka noodle masala or curry powder. Give a good stir and cook for few seconds. 6.Pour the cabbage stock and the noodle water, add lemon juice and bring the water to a boil over high heat. 7.Adjust the seasoning and water at this stage. Thukpa soup is ready. serve 1.In a soup bowl add the noodles; pour a good amount of the hot soup over the noodles. 2.The Thukpa is ready. Serve it with some momo chutney. RECIPE NOTES : Notes: Test the noodles by breaking it or by eating it, if it’s soft then noodles are done. Cabbage water is a key ingredient for a veg thukpa, you can use any vegetable stock if you like. Momo chutney is a mixture of chilli and garlic paste. The noodle water has a good amount of starch and it enhances the taste of the Thukpa.

It works with random pasta but the traditional is "csusza" pasta. - Semolina pasta with jam also a really good stuff. Roast some semolina then cook it with some water.
I am from Slovakia and i would say Halušky is our narional dish but i would describe it a lot differently. Interesting comment, have a Nice day.

Here you go bulgarian chicken noodle soup:
Clean the chicken thighs and remove the skin. (Save the skin)
Place them in a pot with 1l of water and put the heat on high.
*if you're feeling fancy* - fry up the skin, sprinkle it on top for some chicken crunch
Mix it all in and the soup is ready.

FutureCanoe this message probably won't make it but pls make bakmi ayam kampung (or radioactive chicken) from Indonesia
Here is the Ingredients list:
For noods:
500 gr (All purpose flour)
3-4 tbs (cornstarch)
100 ml water
3 whole eggs
2-3 tbs (Lye Water)
Salt and Pepper to taste
For everything else:
1 Radioactive chicken
MSG, salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic, shallot oil
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Bok choy
Scallions
Preparation
Noods:
1. Mix dry ingredients, salt, pepper until smooth
2. Place on the table the dry ingredients that have been mixed evenly, (clean flat surface)
3.Make a hole in the middle (like making a volcano) break the egg inside
4.Knead until combined, add to the bowl/container.
5.Pour in the water & gray water slowly while kneading (for more than 30-40 minutes, you can also use a KitchenAid with a dough attachment) - This is the most important step because it determines the elasticity of the noodles.
6.Once smooth, cut the dough into 5 parts (5 portions)
7.Flatten each piece, continue to roll until smooth, then grind it into noodles. (You can dust it with flour so it doesn't stick)
Broth:
1.Fillet chicken however you like (or use radioactive chicken thighs and breasts)
2. Boil with 1 tbs of salt, 2 teaspoon MSG and 1 teaspoon white pepper on high heat for around 30 min
(PS: the meat also comes from here so no extra work)
The rest of the steps:
1.In a bowl combine 1 tbs of garlic oil, 1/2 tbs sesame oil, 1 teaspoon soysauce, 1 teaspoon of MSG, and a pinch of white pepper
2. Boil ur noods until preferred texture is usually around 40 seconds
3. Combine ur noods into the bowl full of oil
4. Add Chicken that came from broth (Don't forget to cut up into strips)
5. Blanch Bok Choy for 1-2 minutes
6 . Add scallions
7 .Enjoy!

Traditional noodles with poppy seeds
You might think making noodles with poppy seeds is easy? Of course - just cook store-bought pasta according to your choice and season them. However, today we will advise you on how to make homemade pasta; something like how clever housewives of the First Republic used to make.
What we will need for the noodles:
500 grams of all-purpose flour
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
And additionally:
100 grams of butter
100 grams of ground poppy seeds
100 grams of powdered sugar
plums, pears, apples, or other fruit (optional)
Procedure: On a clean surface or a rolling board, we pour flour and make a small well in the middle of the pile.
0:02 looks like you live in billionaire row
Hey!! can you try a dish called Thukpa in the next episode. its such a comforting Tibetan dish but broadly enjoyed in Nepal ,where I am from. It is mostly enjoyed during rainy days. I will really wish that you will try it and enjoy.
This recipe is for veg thukpa but you can make it with chicken, goat meat or even buffalo meat, if you can find it.
INGREDIENTS:
For the Noodles
Water - 2 liter
Hakka Noodles - 1 packet 180 gms
Salt - 1 tsp
For the soup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped
Onion - 1 medium finely sliced
Cabbage - 1/2 cup finely sliced
Carrot - 1 small finely sliced
Salt - 1 tsp
Momo Chutney - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Msg - 1/2 tsp key ingredients for the hilly taste, optional
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Stems - handful, chopped
Hakka Noodles Masala - 1 sachet or ½ tsp curry powder
Stock - 1 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
RECIPE STEPS:
1.In a deep pan pour 1 ½ liter of water and add the salt, bring the water to a boil over high flame.
2.Add the noodles, and boil for 3- 5 minutes or until lightly soft. Cooking time depends on the noodles you use.
3.Check the noodles by breaking them; if it’s soft then the noodles are done
4.Once done strain the noodles, do not throw the noodle water.
5.Pour some fresh water on the noodles, so as to stop the cooking process. Once done set aside.
For the cabbage water
1.Grate one cabbage add ½ tsp salt and the squeeze out all the water from the cabbage. Reserve the water for the stock.
For the Thukpa Soup
1.Heat a wok over high heat, pour oil in the wok starting from the sides.
Thukpa soup is ready.
serve
1.In a soup bowl add the noodles; pour a good amount of the hot soup over the noodles.
2.The Thukpa is ready. Serve it with some momo chutney.
RECIPE NOTES :
Notes:
Test the noodles by breaking it or by eating it, if it’s soft then noodles are done.
Cabbage water is a key ingredient for a veg thukpa, you can use any vegetable stock if you like.
Momo chutney is a mixture of chilli and garlic paste.
The noodle water has a good amount of starch and it enhances the taste of the Thukpa.

HI! I am from Hungray.
We have a traditional pasta that name is "nokedli". It is a pretty good stuff. We usualy eat it with chicken paprikash or pork porkolt ("csirke paprikás" and "sertés pörkölt"). Nokedli also a inside hungaryan joke about a good wife material shuld make nokedli. Sadly I am not that kind of girl so I can't help with the recipe.
We also like to put random stuff to random pasta.
Few example:
- Random pasta with sourcream and random cheese (the saltier the better). I easily could eat this every day.
- Pasta with cotage cheese, sourcream, fried bacon cubes and half of the Hungarian population likes it with powder sugar. It works with random pasta but the traditional is "csusza" pasta.
- Semolina pasta with jam also a really good stuff. Roast some semolina then cook it with some water. Mix the pasta with the cooked semolina. Serve with apricot jam. (I recomend to searc a proper recipe)
- We also like pasta with ground poppy or walnut mixed with powder sugar.
- Pasta with instant cocoa powder. It is a retro school lunch.

Please listen to the comments about Better Help! Don’t take their sponsor money!
OMG I am fasting and watching this
man I am hungry
Do not work with Better Help again.
I've been saying it for years, finally someone approves. HappyHippo is the best snack ever made.
better help scam
@@BluePhantom003they sold used info after promising not to. It’s one thing to do that from social media, another when you’re trying to get mental health treatment. They also promote really unhealthy boundaries with therapists by saying they’re available 24/7. Also, they pay their therapists really poorly. Overall, shitty company

Bro when I knew you would love the Happy Hippo as soon as u opened that massive Kinder box. Getting those in the Kinder xmas calendar was peak happiness.
