Great tutorial and workflow. Have you created any tutorials on workflows for longer projects destined for 4K SDR and 4K HDR filmed with wide gamut log footage?
The "stubborn dialog boxes" can only be stopped by logging out/in or restarting the Mac. This occurs with MANY of macOS's dialogs since Catalina.
So annoying. Looks like I was able to get rid of it by changing the Privacy settings to allow devices to be connected without a dialog box popping up.
About adjusting color of multiple clips. Color Finale has an adjustment layer that you can put on top of your clips so you can do the adjustments outside the multi cam video. From what I understand they’re abusing the effects system of Final Cut, in order to achieve that but I’ve been using it for years now and it works great. I’m sure you could create something similar for nitrate.
Yes! I have an adjustment layer plugin from Alex4D that I use and when the occasion calls for it (usually with mixed b-roll between my EOS R and C300 MkII) I'll use adjustment layers to apply my grade. With my a-roll it's much faster (for me) to apply my grade and make adjustments inside the multicam.

Great workflow. You are as pedantic as I am about structure and process. At 27:56 you do something that adds a second angle (?) to the multicam. It's hard to tell what you actually did after you clicked the carrot on the WIDE angle. What was it?
I clicked the carrot to bring up the drop-down menu that allows you to "Add Angle". From there I just option + clicked the clip above the new angle and dragged the duplicated clip into the new angle. Done!

good video. which atem mini are you using? the pro? the pro iso? how do you capture the stream?
The ATEM Mini Pro. That's all connected to my M2 Pro Mac mini, and I run all of my streams through Ecamm Live. Right now I do it so I can bring comments on the screen but in the future I'll remove the ATEM from the equation and add a Quad Deck Link (HDMI) from Blackmagic and an external PCIe enclosure so I can run 4 HDMI sources directly into my Mac mini and then do some cool scenes with custom layouts in Ecamm. Gonna be a bit because that hardware is expensive!
