✰ About Me ✰
My name is Zara Beth (zeezee25 on tiktok) and I post videos about disability, neurodiversity and what its like living with Tourette's Syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and Orthostatic Hypotension. Tourette's syndrome is a neurological condition causing involuntary movements called tics.
I use my social media (TikTok, RUclips and Instagram) to advocate and raise awareness for my conditions and show what it is like living with a disability as a neurodivergent person. I am also autistic and share my sensory struggles along with my experiences with mental health disorders.
I show what its like having a disability and the accommodations I have to help my daily life. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user showing my life using mobility aids and how chronic illness symptoms change from day to day!
I am also a musician with a popular song called "She's Mine" available on all streaming services - I wrote, produced, mixed and mastered all my songs myself! I am also an artist and a writer. I love reading and I'm currently writing a novel and a book about my life! - Развлечения
I love you Zara thank you so much about you opening about autism and making me feel more happier and staring to unmasked I hope you get everything you deserve ❤see you on Sunday
Thank you so much for mentioning Sociability, I've immediately downloaded it and I'm so happy to see there's plenty of info on places in my city. I've really struggled to leave home since I became dependent on mobility aids, and this will give me more confidence to get back out 😊
I love u Zara you've taught me so much about being neurodivergent I hope you have the happiness you deserve ❤❤
I have a wheelchair now and use it every few days. I still don’t have the courage to use it at school ( I only use a crutch at school) and I am forced to wait out paralysis. But anyways, I love my wheelchair! My house isn’t that accessible so I can only go in my living room and corridor but it’s better than nothing
could a rollator with a seat be another good tool for you? more compact, more stability when standing, and a way to sit and recover spoons when you need a moment.
Girl your arms are gonna becone so strong!! Lol you are inspiring! I still wonder how people on wheelchairs push themselves i feel like i would be awful at it 🤦♀️
Hi Zara that seems like lots of fun!!!! 👍🏻
Yesterday I listened to your song “Ghosts” before and after work on repeat.
I love it, also started the day with it today🥰
Whoever was filming has some good camera skills, even got a close up of crossing the tram tracks! X
ITS YOU HELLO
socialbility? will check that out later!
Sociability sounds like an amazing app - I'm a walking stick user who occasionally needs to borrow a wheelchair (like at tourist attractions where you have to walk a lot) and checking accessibility is always a priority at venues. It's not always the easiest information to find out, and is sometimes incorrect or out of date - so to have user updated info is invaluable ❤
I'm off to download it now 😊
i adore your wheelchair it's the cutest colours!!!
OMG 1ST ILY SM ZARA
so cool!!
Ye and i mean shell also get a arm work out afterward
I'd never heard of this app! Thank you so much
zara, you look so cool in your wheelchair. i recently went to a Boccia competition with my support unit (its a wheelchair sport i believe) and it was so fun. its sad that most people dont know what it is, bc my friends were all very confused when i told them. im so proud of everyone who participated 🎉🎉
This is beautiful I love how you handl all of this ❤
I would love to go there, not just because I’m epileptic. I use a wheelchair and I have seizures and it would just be nice to be with people who relate to the exact same things as you do.
Your willingness to put yourself out is inspiring ✨️ ❤
I love you're sweatshirt. So pretty. ❤😊
A Manchester citizen here! I love the way our transport and buildings are accessible
I'm going up to Manchester in July, so it's great to know that the trams are accessible. I'll download that app too.
This looks like you had so much fun. I’m a wheelie and finding accessible places is a nightmare xx
my best friend and aunt are both wheelchair ♿️ users for different reasons
Where do you get the pink guards on the front of your chair? Mine just got approved by insurance and I’m super excited to start decorating it. I’d like something similar to what you have
they’re just seatbelt covers!😂❤ a little hack i thought of :)
that looks so fun!
Love the pink spokes! :D
I'm definitely up for it ❤
OMG I LOVE IN MANCHESTER
Hi! May I ask where you got that hoodie from? I remember seeing it in another video and thinking it was really cute! If it’s okay for neurotypical people to wear such hoodies, I might want to buy one! ❤
it’s from my friend May’s shop @iinsidemyhead !!💕🌸✨
@@Zara_Beth Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️ I love your videos!
Omg your shark hoodie! Its so cute!
I am 100% getting a wheelchair even though I can walk, this folks is a life hack on a level we rarely see, walk on days when convenient and when your feeling a bit bleak you can roll around in style and comfort
She’s using a wheelchair for her disability, imagine being uneducated
i’m going to assume you have a disability that warrants needing a wheelchair 😂 but, I do want to say that being in a wheelchair is not all a breeze
It helps my symptoms and I 100% know that I need it and it is really improved my quality of life, BUT it’s also very difficult when we live in a very inaccessible world
Wheelchairs mobility aids are really expensive and there are a lot of upkeep when you have to buy new parts or add-ons or electric add-ons 😅
The streets are usually very inaccessible and it’s really tiring on your arms, especially if you’re someone like me who is chronically ill and needs to preserve energy 🥲 so definitely a lot of downsides it’s not all just sitting there feeling comfy, but it definitely does help if you need it!
I love you Zara ❤you're so beautiful inside and out ❤️🫶
you are best😊
❤❤❤❤❤
queen 👑👑👑
So cool ❤❤ what is that device your friend is using on his wheelchair that looks really neat
Hold on Zara 👍😎
Hello have you thought about wearing fingerless gloves to help with you wheeling yourself along?
😂😂😂 that video below reminded me of you.
the more you go out the stronger your arms will get
I love your videos so much I might be autistic and I use to be scared but now I'm not because you showed me that every one is different and ots nothing to be ashamed of
It's great you had a good time and got to meet other mobility aid/wheelchair users but I am appalled at the lack of respirator wearing.
Everyone, even abled people is at risk but lack of mask wearing in the disabled community excludes mobility aid/wheelchair users who are immunocompromised and/or have respiratory conditions and/or other conditions like diabetes or cardiac issues that make them very much at risk of death they get infected.
Hi Zara I don’t know if you will see this but I just wanted to say you really inspire me and I love your confidence.Autism is one of those things that can be easily judged and misinterpreted because of expectations and stereotypes that people think are all true about every single person with autism which isn’t true.Thank you so much for teaching us that :) ❤️
I have diabete tipe 2 and i'm super allergic at gluten
Wait this is a thing?
Ive basically been stuck inside for 10 years due to my various health conditions
I’m new here and just subbed and I REALLY don’t want to sound rude but why do you use a wheelchair Nic thought you had like fainting episodes
(Nvm I just watched some more of her vids so yh)
Whaaaaa...????
*googles Sociability*
Does anyone know if the Sociability app works in the States? I'd love to try it out but I don't know if it'll work for me
i think it’s just UK for now (i may be wrong!) but hopefully it’ll expand!❤
@@Zara_BethI could download it but nothing around me had any ratings. Maybe in a bigger city like NyC it would have some data.
How do you go on planes BTW if u go on them?
i haven’t! 🙈 hopefully this year, but i’ve only been abroad once when i was 12
Ooh I hope you have fun!
In case someone says "you can stand you don't need the wheelchair" say "you can sit, you don't need to stand" or "just because you can sit down doesn't mean you are a wheelchair user"
Under sat
I'm sorry bro I'm so so sorry
Litteraly step free.
Did you have tic's?
Yo let's play soccer💀💀
Huh 🤔
Oh dear, this seems to be malingering. An identity taken over by the desire for attention.
How exactly? 😂
This is pathetic
If you have nothing nice to say do not say anything at all
I can say whatever I want to say it’s called freedom of speech and we’re not in the 1st grade
@@joshroberts8546 Actually educate yourself your ignorant freedom of speech is not absolute and does not protect against harassment, discrimination and cruelty. Infact its illegal to harrass and discriminate against someone with a disability both online and offline and also can get you permanently Suspended from RUclips and in public fined absolute jailed.
