What do you do as a manager when one of the employer co-sign to every disrespectful allow with one of the employees. For example coming in 30o minutes late to work .

Any pressure you feel to be pumping out content is based on the platforms algorithm, and that will eat mental health. Your audience is fine when you are away. You owe us nothing.

Great question. As I mentioned in this video the key is to make genuine connections right? So what feels aligned to you? An email or a gift basket? Do the one that is genuine and it will land the way you want. For the email short and simple. Introduce yourself and let them know you’re looking forward to meeting with all of them.
