    I think my problem isn't in being adaptable because I totally am but I struggle more with being assertive when it comes to implementing new processes that may upset some of my staff or members of my direct team. I can be adaptable all day long but standing strong and enforcing changes that are supposed to happen is a struggle for me.

    In the self-assessment, you have a question that describes a common experience for new leaders but I didn't hear you discuss how to mitigate it: "How often do you find yourself lost/overwhelmed in meetings and unable to keep up with the details of a project you are responsible for." Can you elaborate or point me to another video with some suggestions for this? Thank you and THANK YOU for another helpful video!
