You can also check out other options like part time jobs etc. Scholarships are very competitive and hard to get sometimes, so be open for other options as well!
Yes, but…it also depends HOW you want to live your life. I love Japan, but as a tourist. There are zero reasons I would learn japanese if it means working until exhaustion in a suffocating work culture. Same for arabic. I love the culture, but wouldn't want to live in Egypt because of unforgivable weather and poor health system. So the reason is not simply why learn a new language, but what language are you ready to learn according to how you wan to live your life? I honestly think people want to escape he occicental way of life, its complications, prices hikes and constant search for innovation and capitalist mindsets. We're meant to live in a much more simple way, at least that's what I think we all deeply aspire to.
Please tell me which official index, rating or statistic is the best for choosing a country to move to, if the only main factor for me is how much money I can save from my salary after all monthly expenses?

I think if someone didn't travel , they're missing a lot . I think they didn't live 🖤
Yeah, some people postpone it and wait for the “perfect” moment to come…
The perfect moment never comes, it has to be now

For me it was just choosing the country and culture I like...
You're not explaining how to move to a new country, may as well change the title..
Language is the most important, this is how I moved to a new country.
