- I decided to check up on an old customer that I had serviced a few years ago. Her yard was maintained every week. It looked perfect! When I arrived, it looked like it hadn't been professionally touched since I left. The edges were not kept up at all. The tree in the back needed to be pruned and elevated. I asked her what was going on, and she told me that her daughter had recently passed away, and it's been hard for her financially to pay someone to mow her yard. She also told me that she will soon be having to leave the home she's been in for many years because she can't afford to even rent the place anymore. I was heartbroken when she told me all this. I told her that I'd give her a free yard makeover, and she said I was an answer to her prayers. I'm glad I was able to help her in the time that she's living in.

Fill, this job is one of your finest! You have a big heart and what it takes to back it up. I’m an older person (72) and thankfully still able to take care of my yard and best of all my house is paid for. But to lose a child!! The yard turned out great! I hope she can find a smaller place with a landlord who actually cares about the property they rent. Losing a child & then having to keep up on a property that big is a lot.
It always amazes me that these landlords want their rent on time, but they don't want to fix these problems on their properties!!! If you complain or go to the city, they evict you. So unfair!!!

As I was watching this, I was thinking how it’s such an absolute joy to watch you work. I watch a lot of this content. No one really cares about their edges like you do. Very few of them would have bagged this grass. In and out as quick as they can for the views. You take such pride in doing a good job for people. I've had two daughters who passed away. Having someone who cared is essential in learning how to live with the new "normal". Wow so sad. I know exactly what she is dealing with and itbis horrible. I lost my oldest son 23 years again just shy of his 25th birthday. Starting at age 12 he started needing medical care by 15 his first liver transplant by 21 his second when it failed a few years later he was too ill to relist 😪😪😪 when a parent loses a child it changes their whole life for the rest of their life. So many years off work and not paying into soc. Sec. Sure does show when yoi do retire and your income because of minomal employment is under 1,000 a month. But too much for extra help. So i know exactly what she means when shes says she cant pay for lawn or rent 😪😪💔🙏 i wish her all the love and blessings to be able to survive the rest of her years. God Bless her. Breaks my heart. Thank you Fill for doing this for her. You are a God send
