Interviewer talked way too much. I've noticed that lots of interviewers make the erroneous assumption that Paul Banks must listen to other bands that sound similar to his own. Joy Division is his curse.
As a hip hop head myself, it’ s so cool ti hear that Antipop Consortium is Paul’s favorite rap group! Did not know about the mixtape either…. El-P…. One of mi favorite rappers! Awesome interview much love from Italy
I'm not just a fan of the band, i really love this guy!!! I would be his friend easily! In my childhood i had a close friend here in Brasil called Danilo that was very very seemed with Paul; so then i grow up and in 2013 i asked to God to send some special band to apreciate that was hard; so God send me Interpol; is ironic!
