I use the nylon type of head cover, they are dirt cheap so you can throw them out every couple of weeks. Also a couple of spritzes of leave in conditioner before I put it on. The best thing is it gets rid of the dreaded puffiness really fast.
I’m still on my first year of hair systems, but I’ve found out sleeping does the most damage 😢 i use a real silk pillowcase and even tried the silk bonnet ,and it does help, but isn’t really expanding the life span. I have been finding ways to keep the pressure off my system at bed time. Using a travel neck pillow with a silk case around it keeps the pressure on the back out my neck/head and the system off the pillow… or I’ll lay on it sideways and make sure my system is pressure free. Its a bit out a learning process but when I wake up my hair is as i left it and isn’t all wrecked! Well see how it works , 2 weeks in on this system.
So, I'm about to have my first system fitted. It's a Lavivid Swiss Lace, with 90% density. If I remove it daily using tape for the back and sides and ghostbond for the front hairline. Will that cause the hairs to come undone and shed prematurely? Thanks!
So I sleep in my system but every morning I take it off to shower and give my head a good clean. I stick it back down after and the tape on the system re-adheres really well for me.. takes about a minute to do and I usually change the tape every couple of weeks
Adam, I bought some Beanie's made out of "Milk Silk." Do you think these would be okay to use to sleep in? Thank you (Google: Milk silk fabric is a stretch knit fabric made of polyester and spandex. The fabric is soft, smooth, and lightweight, with a luxurious feel. It is known for its excellent moisture-wicking properties, making it breathable and comfortable to wear.)
I Dont sleep with my hair system, or shower with it, it just double its lifespam, I am use to re ataching it, it takes me 15 minutes, to me is okay doing this way
@@dinodino1620 Correct, i use walker glue, if you are carefull there is no reason why would damage the unit, also it depence what kind of system u use, obviusly if you use one of those super mega think skin 0,03 mil yes it will damage, but i dont use those

Thanks for this info, I’ll try some of this suggestions.
Hey mate. Thank you for your great content! Just wondering: is it recommended to use a tangle teezer brush? Or rather not?
Not sure what a tangle teaser is?
It’s a specific brush to detangle :)

You don't feel stressed or uncomfortable wearing the system and sleeping???

No
Thanks Adam. What do you like more about green tape compared to ultrahold?
I find ultrahold makes my skin really red! Great hold but my skin chemistry doesn’t like it too much. The ultrahold glue works better on me
10 minutes for a answer that won't take more than 2 minutes?

Should be fine 😊

so you attach /reattach it every day? what type of glue do you use? won't removing and reattaching it destroy the unit?
