This is what we wanted!!!!!!!
Really good stuff, thanks man
Thank you for posting this
This channel just keeps getting better!
As we know do strength training rewires the nerveus system. An almost immediate cure (days not weeks) is finding and executing the right stretching exercise (not traditional stretching) since that may do the opposite wiring. You don't need to wait for weeks to get fit again.
I really agree on what was said about elasticity and volume. At least In my mind it helps transforming you from being a puller to pusher.
THANK YOUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is what we needed!!!!!!
Yessssssssss!!!!??
Thanks for the podcast, you should consider doing a podcast with Matthias Hove Sprint

Please reach out to Will Ratelle, I would love to see him on your podcast
I actually did last week! Gonna find some time to have a chat with him.
@@ATHLETE.X awesome I can't wait man
Good Pod! Guest suggestions, Ben Patrick (his lifting system and his method of developing jumping/sprinting) and Tony Holler (Feed the Cats guy, on his formula for sprinting). Thanks!
Considering Tony blocked me on Twitter idk if he’d wanna come on lol
Tony is a little stuck in his ways, he sees life through a straw at times. I HIGHLY SUGGEST Joel smith, he just gets it and is still moving at 39.
Good suggestion. And Joel has interviewed so many people, he’s got a very wide base of info to draw from.
Thanks, Cody.
How about a podcast with Paul Daghlian next time? 😂
We need the Paul Daghlian podcast next lmao
Bruh lmao
Please bring jay Schroeder on next
Good idea. Thanks
