- Watch over six minutes of new Zenless Zone Zero gameplay from HoYoverse's upcoming fantasy action RPG. Check out Zenless Zone Zero's world and meet some of its characters, including General Chop and Asha . This new gameplay shows us how Drive Tuning works at the Music Store and gives us a peek at some minigames at the Arcade. We also get a good look at a tense boss fight and see some of Zenless Zone Zero's combat in action.

Whoever did the combat for this video made this look way more enjoyable and intensive than other videos I've seen, which is the perfect way to show off the game
Its inhereintly similar to honkai impact's style, kind of the same thing

The animations, menu transitions, overall artstyle and enviroments look top tier. The camera moving around the character while customizing from other gameplay clips is also really well done.
It's like a mix of DMC, Persona, Catherine, AI Somnium Files even some Monster Hunter with the shop keeper animations and a bunch of other games with great artstyles, animaitons and just fun vibes. The director and 2D/3D designers definitely played the right games.

4 of those made by the same company. Overall it has a Neo-Jazz vibe to which all of those except MH and DMC. Definitely mainly took some inspiration from Persona and the SMT games.
@@skedgaming831 they did something similar with Honkai Star Rail which very clearly is going for a Persona feel for its battle system. They know how tom mimic style and make it their own; that's for sure.

The way this game just oozes with style reminds me of a time when it felt like devs really cared about making things unique. The menus, music, sound design, world, it all has this flare that is really fun. Its just dripping with this mid 2000s jet set radio vibe. Love it. So excited.

@@JRock8437 no its totally different, in honkai the parry mechanic is spesific to few Valkyrie not all Valkyrie can parry the enemy. Also in Honkai just few of boss who actually had parry attack patern. Honkai more to rotation focuss and evade.

Ok, so far the way they stylized the game from the animations, character body shapes, face movements and style, and the atmospheric coloring reminds me of persona but with a free action/battle style gameplay. Which is great!!

Well the beta came out almost immediately after Honkai Star rail's, so it's probably at nearly the same stage of development, but they just have to spread out release dates. Honestly the game might already be ready to go.

@@danifit24pretty sure those are honkai 3rd fans since the combat is more similar to that. Genshin combat on the other hand is fine as it is because it heavily relies on elemental reactions

I'm more interested in the story ngl. Since it sounds like it doesn't fall into honkai universe nor genshin. I'm looking forward how the story goes
the combat is like upgrade version of Honkai Impact 3rd and the visual is like Persona games theme so is gonna be special in both story and gameplay
Isn't genshin part of the honkai verse genshin was never really in its own universe, and there hasn't really been any continuation of genshin out of the game it's self.
Genshin is a part of the Honkaiverse meaning it's a part of Honkai.
Its already in the hoyoverse as named by fans

Aren't the games supposed to be all part of the honkaiverse in some way even if they interact or not? Not all worlds in a universe has to interact with one another and to know each other exist to be in the same universe, but they're all bound by similar universal rules but with either different terms or names for those rules or the characters not know those because it isn't necessary for them to know those in story, and all of these can make them all seem unrelated.
