Wii Sports is a game that I, along with millions of others, grew up with. While all of the sports in the game were fun, I always loved bowling the most. I'd play it with my family all the time, and so this song has naturally become very nostalgic for me.
I'm super proud of this arrangement! It's probably my favorite yet, and I'm so happy to have @NeonCowell on board for it. I met and played with Ian during our set at MAGFest this past month, and after checking out his channel, watching his own set at the event, and having my Pilotwings 64 shirt complimented by him, I think it's fair to say I got a decent understanding of his taste, and figured this song might be up his alley! He did an awesome job with his parts and the solo and really added a lot!
Regarding my own parts, I added some harmony lines for both alto and tenor saxophones. As someone who's had a tough time with the alto since I started playing it, I must say that I'm really happy with how recording it went this time. Outside of that, I had some fun with the flute part at the end and making up some rhythms for the bass during the solo section.

Saw this when it first came out but didn’t have time to comment until now. This is SO nostalgic!!! You both not only captured the song but expanded it so tastefully (like that guitar solo *chef’s kiss* 👏). Though I’ve been a silent lurker, I admire the work you do on this channel since I can’t imagine all the hard work of playing multiple instruments in one cover. Keep up the great work!!!!
