In my case I am the 4 of 7. Only the first 2 have the same father. The rest of us have different fathers. My birth mother just liked men, different men, lots of different men. I am not being mean I am just stating a fact.

Well holy cow to say the least! I’m wondering if the siblings who are refusing to DNA test know the truth of why there is no match to the father who raised them?

If the husband was in the military, there were unknown sperm donors, and the work was done at military hospitals or clinics. Groin injuries due to battle made numerous men infertile.
Not military, well, my thoughts are "The Seven Sons of Katie Elder" and Orson Scott Card's "Speaker for the Dead." Also, a woman in my hometown wanted to be a mother but not put up with a man having any say in how she raised her kids. She never said who, but townfolk assumed that they had different ones. No man ever made a hint of any relationship, so maybe she went out of town. All five kids grew up to be upstanding citizens of the community, but the one who wanted to join the FBI couldn't because she refused to give the name, so no clearance was possible. This all took place in the last century.
