@@vakarian Skillet does the thing you mentioned I believe and the singer sounds terrible. The female is good though. I think singing acoustic compared to rock(or alternate rock in this case) you have to change your style slightly, but I know nothing of vocal stuff.
Edit: I also never mentioned the different same voice parts thing. I was just saying Chris's voice goes well with acoustic as well as rock, while some singers don't have voices that fit with both. (Apologies if this passive-aggressive or mean. I'm just speaking normally.)

I found this song as my grandmother went to the hospital, sick and maybe dying of covid. With this song on repeat, my car matched pace with the ambulance. I've never been so scared in my life, but this song is keeping me grounded. I don't have any updates on her condition yet, and I don't know if I'll share them, but... I just want to say thank you to this band, and the powerful lyrics that kept reminding me to stay calm.
