I have been doing this workout three times per day, while lifting weights i have lost about 8-9 pounds and i have become muscular. Now all my friends stare at me during shower in gym class and i just wanted to say thank you🙏🏼

Love doing 10 minute hiit workouts like this. My days are usually too busy for long workouts, so these really help me cram as much cardio/calisthenics into a short amount of time!
My favourite was the tuck jump one. i got to about the sixth one and my jump had me crumple down to a low tuck squat out of exhaustion. Perfect! Finish the burpee down there and try to get a couple more in on the clock ouch
Never noticed this was a year old, perfect lunchtime workout for burpee lovers. Yes I am one of those people, I even have a medal for doing 100 per day for a month (have done that twice now for different charities).

Love a burpee. Decided to do this after a full leg day in the garden as I had something left in the tank. It's 26 degrees here and humid. Needless to say, I no longer have reserves 😂

Im still in prison but what u did all that work we dont stop at least mandatory 113 South side burpees some guys get punished 1300 burpees non stop u almost did 113 n we do push ups all d way up

Great combos! keeps the workout fun. One more to add is is invisible rope jump, 3-5 reps alternating with the burpees

Tough, but the sadist in me enjoyed it 😁. For the 15min routine please can you add mountain climber and plank shoulder tap. Ta very muchly.
