As the first to comment on this video, allow me to say my thoughts on this show: Despite its initial controversies, I think Primos, while fairly cliche and average at first, is a pretty enjoyable, inoffensive and cute little show with a handful of touching moments and amusing gags here and there with Tater spending some episodes bonding with her primos. Plus, some of its stronger episodes focus on topics such as Tater being out of touch with her Spanish-speaking roots (Summer of No Sabo) or her passion to create her own manga with her vision clashing with the demands of her primos (Summer of Tater Luna). It DOES take the show a little bit of time to find itself and see what sticks, like most shows. But overall, I think, putting the initial backlash (which Natasha Kline and the crew addressed and fixed) aside, Primos is a pretty decent show that has good intentions and heart behind it.
Thanks for your input, strongly agree with a lot of the points you made & understand why people would like Primos, (I would be lying if I said I didn't laugh at the show a handful of times) but for me personally, they need to turn the pacing down from Mach 10 to Mach 2-3, & had more episodes like the Bud & Alita ones where (I felt) the focus was tighter.
