Awesome ! takes me back to my childhood. I also had the four originals. The only one I have left is Superman and he's not in the greatest condition because I really played with him. But I've bought a new one and I'd like to continue collecting the rest. I've heard that these 50th anniversary ones were at Big Lots but I guess I was too late. Either way I'll collect them. great vid!
Absolutely loved this vid!! The DC figs and the Killer Klownz all look so good!! I actually have only one Mego figure myself and it's The Toxic Avenger. + that DC display box is so cool! I am so jelly!!
TOXIE!! LOL Yes I have Toxie as well. Oddly the box for Toxie and the Mole People are larger than these. Wonder why they did that. They won't fit in the display with the others.
nice ,i have all my FTC retros in two of those displays & and i have all the new Megos to date ,And yes still have all my original Megos i had as a kid ,managed to get some in packages later .i remember very well those counter displays ,i also have my Emce marvels in a display ( just need a marvel display box someday ) . & like you captured my toy history for my shelf .yours looks good as mine does .thanx for video ,frank wojo is the best -no question
I have the Mego Star Trek Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Scottie, Klingon and Romulan type 2. I have quite a few of the new Star Trek figures with the new head sculpts plus the re=release of the old ones. I have The Fonz. but my all time favorite is my childhood Spider-Man in really great condition. I had many when I was little but sadly my father donated the wrong box to goodwill when we moved states. Lost everything I owned except what I had in my suitcase.
Thank you for sharing your prize collection! I did not know these were out in the seventies. I would have drove my mom crazy with them! Go DC!
