लोअर कोर्ट मे जज ने पक्षपात कर बड़ा अन्याय करा है तो उसके खिलाफ सेसन मे जा सकते है ? या नहीं ?
और चेक केस मे षड्यंत्र के तहत जज और सामने वाला मिलकर जेल मे डाल दिया और नहीं अपिल जाने दिया तो क्या यह सेसन मे 397 मे इस केस का रिवीजन हो सकता है ? और उसमे जज और सामने वाले के खिलाफ सेसन मे ही कार्यवाही होंगी ?
