    maam whether statement given by CMM will be considered by the HC in case of revosion or u/ s404 HC will consider statement given by MM only

    Very useful information.
    मैडम जी, हम यह जानना चाहते हैं कि क्या convicted सरकारी सेवक
    को जिसे जमानत पर रिहा किया जा चुका है और appeal अभी pending
    है, नौकरी में लिया जा सकता है। यदि नहीं,तो क्या कोर्ट से बहाली का
    आदेश कराने के लिए कोई remedy है।
