I‘ve barely heard of people complaining about what you‘ve said. One of the most powerful moments in the game that would have translated perfectly to TV that they just completely changed for no reason... the changes they made in the show didn't serve the plot any better than this would have and this is arguably a more intense and interesting scene than the tiny little scuffle they get into in the show.
A small girl lifting a heavy man perfectly straight off rebar is unrealistic, but it works in the game. @@acslater017 you play her as a sharpshooter for Joel once earlier. In the show she can't even hit straight with his rifle yet and has shot one guy in the back but didn't make the kill. Now she is being forced into the caretaker role with barely any experience so it will be interesting to see how she fares in the show.

I played part 2 before part 1, and i don't know if I'll be able to come back to part 2 after getting so attached to Joel without crying 😢 the pain is unbearable 😞😭
Ya know, I saw people trying to shit on TLOU2 by saying something like "ugh, story is so bad, Abby plot armor ridiculous, its unrealistic! She shouldn't survive half of what happens to her! Lazy!"
Meanwhile, in the PERFECT first game....Joel survives falling from a second floor balcony into *impalment* on a rusty piece of rebar....Or jumping off a bridge into rapids....or falling down a fucking elevator shaft landing on his BACK.
Bias? Pffft, never heard of it.
I‘ve barely heard of people complaining about what you‘ve said. If anything, because of Joel‘s never ending endurance and perseverance in the first game, people thought he‘d be as badass and survival-proven as he seemed to be in the first game which just wasn’t the case in the second game. Now I‘m not pointing this out because I think it’s a flaw but rather because many other people have said that how Joel acts in Tlou2 doesn’t fit to him in their opinion.
@@Tmtrnr22 what i was saying is always heard when people are trying to find contrived reasons to hate Abby.
And peoples complaint about "Joel not being like Joel" has been a retarded argument from the start.
People hate TLOU 2 because the story is wack AF. That's it.
@@ars1602 that is absolutely *not* it. You don't get to ignore how fucking ridiculous the hatred of this game got, nor the absolute Tsushima of SHIT takes and criticisms people made.
The vast majority of critism for TLOU2 was dogshit that ultimately translated into "Joel died and I couldn't handle it."
@@jamesloucks2562it’s not that Joel died it’s how he died and that the 2nd game treats Joel like shit. Along with ruining Ellie, elevating a new character that didn’t earn it, ruined Tommy, had no interesting new characters, barely added new game mechanics, and the plot is overall condescending and uninteresting.
Ok but what’s Ellie wearing?
I play this remake on my Xbox series X. It is such a good game. Thank you very much Microsoft.
funny
Was not expecting Ellietrix Kiddo
DJ Joel, DJ Ellie, DJ TLoU, DJ Remake, DJ Impaled
DJ KHALEED
ellie what is that fit 😭😭
One of the most powerful moments in the game that would have translated perfectly to TV that they just completely changed for no reason... the changes they made in the show didn't serve the plot any better than this would have and this is arguably a more intense and interesting scene than the tiny little scuffle they get into in the show.
A small girl lifting a heavy man perfectly straight off rebar is unrealistic, but it works in the game. It also made sense in the game for Ellie to be combat ready because players controlled her prior in combat situations and had her kill. In the show, she is barely getting used to combat so it wouldn't make sense for her to become Rambo all of a sudden,
@@The1Music2MyEarsThe player does not control Ellie until after this scene
@@acslater017 Oh that is a good point! But I still remember Ellie assisting with combat in all scenes prior, no? It was a hot minute since I played.
@@acslater017 you play her as a sharpshooter for Joel once earlier. In the show she can't even hit straight with his rifle yet and has shot one guy in the back but didn't make the kill. She is not capable yet and Joel has shielded her more from doing things because he didn't want to care for her and have her care for him. Now she is being forced into the caretaker role with barely any experience so it will be interesting to see how she fares in the show.
6:50 xd
really disappointed that this scene is shortened the heck out in the show
I need this in my life very soon, please come to pc quickly. ❤️🔥
How did u get those clothes?
They downplayed the shit outta this scene in the show.
Why is Ellie suddenly wearing a yellow jumpsuit and aviator goggles at the end? What the heck?
Because she's badass? Duh.
why did her outfit, hair length and voice change for a little bit there?
Sort of sat on the saddlehorn.
what the fuck is ellie wearing lmao
3:34 that was so so funny
It really wasn't
This is the problem I'm having with the show... it feels very rushed and we haven't really seen Ellie & Joel bond like the game and also Ellie is just OTT goofy in the show (not to mention the terrible casting choice)
The Bruce Lee yellow jumpsuit tribute 👀
This game as like 2 or 3 remake I’m not sure but this is the one
the game was remastered (fixed some glitches and changed some controls) for ps4 then completely remade it for the ps5, you should look up comparisons its pretty interesting
3:28 😂😂😂😂
Please change that thumbnail
is that the freakin bruce lee outfit
When da fuck she change lol
Nah, not watching this now, i ain't want the spoilers for the next episode of tlou...
I remember this scene
Tbh. This right here was a reason why he did what he did. She saved him for God sake.
But, even then he should've let her go
uhm no he shouldnt have he did the right thing
@@whiteguy7839 no he did not. We love Joel, and Ellie, and I would’ve done the same as him, but that doesn’t make it the right thing. Joel is a beloved anti-hero.
@@benjohnson4925 the world was fucked up.his world was fucked and he lost everyone.he absoloutely did the right thing
Isn't that the mod ? when joel falls off ellie's horse in a steampunk combo picachu? 5:51
What in the Bruce Eliieee
Ellies a g dont hate yall
Is that a Daxter outfit?? Lol
i loved them sm
Theres not as much blood as in the remaster
What in the actual fuck is Ellie wearing at the end???? 😂
Man watching these clips makes me hate part 2 even more for what they done to their Relationship...
Cry me a river. Part 2 was spectacular.
@@virtualwarp cry me a sea, the second game is trash

the outfit lmaooo
Didn’t Joel died end of ep6?
