What an amazing vlog. So helpful for me as a mum of two young ladies to understand them better.

Thank you so much for another great vlog! It's so important for mental health to go out and socialize sometimes. I have social anxiety and have been isolating myself more lately. I notice it makes me feel down when I do that too much. It really lifts me up when I get out and do something fun with my family and friends. It helps me and I think it can help other people too. Have a blessed week and remember that you are loved! 🩷

Thanks so much, Kristin. I'm so grateful that the Vlog has been helpful; it is helpful for my own recovery to make...like journaling or a diary.

That's so great that making vlogs is helpful for your recovery too. Also it's so kind of you to reply back to comments. I really appreciate that!
