I still have trauma but it is private and deprived me of leaving life with a smile bug as soon as I see your video I feel a shift in my emotions as if the anxiety is shared and split between one another as like Mary and Joeseph

Can you please tell me what is your advice to someone who has almost the same diagnosis as yours minus the PTSD. She's is on several meds including Gabapentin..which has helped her a lot with certain symptoms. But the problem is she is not very productive because she smoke's weed all day every day..and she's lost her motivation ...but she does go to support group meeting's about once a week and has telemed with her psychiatrist once or twice a month. Do you think her using the weed along with those strong meds is bad for her ? She's 48 yrs old.
