Other thrift flips include a side table, a pillar lamp, a wood wall cubbie cabinet, a cushioned storage tin, a colander planter, bird houses with old Pepsi can roofs, a round frame, a book turned calendar and a book turned canvas for a quote, a vintage frame and easel, and more.

Dear Sherry, every item you work on, you put your heart into it. Everything you transform is original. I never see anyone else doing anything close to what you do on RUclips. If anything, it's the other youtubers who want to be like you!! I loved the gifted shelf makeover and the tray. I wasn't familiar with those painted transfer papers before. The black table, the bear tin transformation, the calendar, the little bird houses, oh heck, everything was just amazing! Loved the use of the IOD transfer also.

Sherry, you absolutely make my Tuesdays. Your calming voice just makes my day. I loved everything you did today. My mom had one of those old colanders and when we were cleaning out her house I was gonna take it but my hubby was getting a bit annoyed with all the many bins of stuff I had already brought home (and have stored in the basement, garage and spare bedroom), that I ended up give it to the local thrift store. I can picture me going to that thrift store and buying one like it in the future. But first I better do all the projects done first with my many bins of stuff.

Hi Sherry, Love all the projects. I heard that you can reuse those paint inlay sheets two or three more times after the first use. You just need to lay them flat (paint side up of course) and let them dry out. Each use gets lighter and lighter... giving your project a more distress look each time.

Thank you, Polly! Sometimes, I wonder where I am going to!😜 Originally, I was just going to remove the pole from the lamp table, but it was too short, so I had to take that old blue lamp apart, too. (And that was not a part of the original plan.)

Hello Sherry ~ I have a hard time picking favorites ! LoL!! The Post with the light caught my attention …. love chippy paint and old post! Then I adore the Colander on the Lamp Base with the napkin on it and of course the round frame with the Bird picture. So clever the use the front of books like you did also.
Everything you touch is a masterpiece ! God gifted you with an extremely creative mind!
I used you Bible Verse idea at Christmas and everyone loved it. I used “Old Testament “ scripture that point to the coming Christ ! It gave a very special purpose to our Christmas get together. People forgot about gifts and focused on what we were celebrating. THANK YOU for the inspiration!
    God bless !

Oh, Jayne, I am so glad that your family enjoyed the Bible verses! Next year, I am definitely going to print out all verses needed to tell the entire story. Thank you for all of your kind comments! Bless you and your family!

Sherry, the little black table you created amazed me! You have such great skills with tools, materials, & have such innovative ideas about how to break down objects and recombine them. The unusually shaped frame is beautiful & I love how it looks with the print in it, the stand you put it on was perfect. Whenever I hear the words "lets get started" 😁I know that I am about to be amazed at what you always come up with! I forgot to add that I love that mother Teresa quote and plan to hang it on my wall as well!

You are so amazing. And inventive. I am so impressed, and thankful, that you come up with so many ideas to share. With our time difference, I look forward to your video with my morning coffee every Tuesday. Thank you for sharing your talent and creativity. Sara, Victoria, B.C. p.s. I am so awed by what you 'see' in the thrift store. I'd be so interested in a video 'going' with you to hear your thought process. I'm sure it would make me appreciate the stores around here more - I rarely find anything as cool as you! Sadie is a very lucky girl to have you as an aunt!!!
