    Amazing! As always! 2 things - I have never heard the push through the sides of your feet before, and it REALLY made a HUGE difference for me!!!!! And that band around the calves to stabilize was a game changer! Thank you again!!!! 💕

    Good Morning!
    We did this workout , Quads were burning at the end, my flexibility is getting better we lost 3 pounds!
