Dude, double friends? Is this Christmas already?
He said on Patreon that Quynh has been busy this week and they couldn't film a movie reaction so he decided to give us this treat instead (of course 4 episodes ahead on Patreon though) 😉
@@Heida77 she's great too, they have a really good vibe together, I wish my third world paycheck let me pay the patreon😢
it is a christmas episode lol
I love how he's not Mike... he's just Paul Rudd!
And h's brought a clip. Mac And Me's greatest hype man. His initials are literally PR. I mean, come on!
PHOEBE MET PAUL RUDD'S FAMILY LOL
Even thought him being Mike was so important when he was introduced!
2 updates in 2 days? We really are lucky!
In a deleted scene, Mike asks Ross if they can watch TV, and Ross loudly says “Don’t you think I thought of that??” Cue laughter and then he says the cable’s out
Ross's defeated "but you left..." lives in my head rent free xD I love how his voice sounds. It's so funny
The sheer uncomfortable silence of Ross and Mike's 'friendship' is one of my all-time favourite Friends bits, especially Mike playing with 'the boundaries of normal social conduct'.
God, i forgot how funny it is when Mike sprawls across Ross to answer his phone 😂😂😂
I had tears from giggling through that whole part. Freaking hillarious!
We have been spoiled, thank you Nick!!!
So spoiled
"Answer faster, answer faster... Answer better, answer better" always kills me😂😂😂
Joey is the only one who could protect Chandler and help him with infidelity while still roast him.
I didn't remember the joke Chandler says "That looks great, it's just I'm wearing the same thing undernearth"😂😂
Fun fact: Chandler was originally supposed to cheat on Monica in the Christmas episode, but Matthew Perry convinced them to change it because he didn't think Chandler would ever do that. Also, Wendy is played by Selma Blair, whom you might recognize from the Ron Perlman Hellboy movies as Liz, and from the People vs OJ Simpson miniseries where she played Kris Jenner.
Maybe Nick thought he recognised her because she looks a lot like Chloe (Angela Featherstone) from the photocopy place.
I actually thought it was the same actress for ages (even though I'm old enough to know better)😊
They were going to have him cheat in the Las Vegas episode. The actress they hired for the part was given another role ( the flight attendant on Ross and Rachel’s plane)
I recognised her as Vivian from Legally Blonde lol
@@Spalove Ohhh... maybe that inspired this episode
She's also known for the role in Cruel intentions.
OMG 2 FRIEND IN 2 DAYS. I feel like a toddler with a new toy, thankssss
The way Mike leans over Ross to answer the phone and Ross' face is one of my favorite moments.
You have seen the actress playing Chandler's colleague in "Legally Blonde", she was playing Vivian. And yes, pleased to see a double portion of Friends reactions from you.
You have seen the actresses tongue in Sarah Michelle Gellar in Cruel Intentions
It’s Selma Blair. Also in The Sweetest Thing with Christina Applegate and Cameron Diaz.
Oh! Thank you, I was wondering where I saw her too.
She was also in Cruel Intentions.
In Ross' words from last video: Juicy doubles.
*hyperventilates* TWO in a *Ross squeaky voice* WEEK?!?! 😍
😂😂😂
Today too??? 😮 10/10
"oooh, let's send them mashed potatoes!" 😂😂
Love the double-surprise!
Ross and Mike scenes are iconic af!
14:02 That's Selma Blair and you saw her in Legally Blonde. She is that jerk girl that thought Elle hooked up with the professor to get ahead and she was also engaged to her ex boyfriend.
She is also in the Hellboy Films. 😁
@@kay-jay1581 not to mention Cruel Intentions
"She is that jerk girl that thought Elle hooked up with the professor to get ahead" well, justifiably so at the time, based on what she saw. And she came around
Weird and sad how Selma Blair and Christina Applegate (Amy , Rachels' sister) were in the movie "the sweetest thing" together and they are now both battling MS. I hope they stay strong, I always admired both actresses.
@@foljs5858 I know she came around, I was just describing the character to jar his memory. I know she left her ex and they became friends. What are we doing? I wasn't describing the whole movie.
The actress you recognize is Selma Blair--she has been in quite a few 90s and 00 films, like Cruel Intentions, Legally Blonde, Hellboy (1 & 2), she was in the series Anger Management. I loved her in the more recent horror/black comedy film "Mom and Dad" where she plays the mom (Dad is played by Nicholas Cage) in a horror film about a community of parents torturing and killing their own children.
Omg!!!! I just loved this double Friends!!! What a great week! ❤😊
Nick is no longer Thor. He's RUclips Jesus. Thank you, RUclips Jesus.
Ross and Mike are NOT being into each other is absolutely hilarious
2 in a row?! Christmas came early😂
I've had a really good day - this is the cherry on top!
Nick, you're a bloody legend 🤩🔥
Ross said the cable was out, so they couldn’t watch tv. And I’m glad they went that direction cause that awkward hangout is one of my favorite storylines in the series. David Schwimmer and Paul Rudd were so good in that episode. Selma Blair was the actress you recognized from the Christmas episode.
WHOOP! Friends Reactions 2 days in a row, how amazingly generous of you, Nick! I was literally just rewatching yesterday's reaction for the 3rd time and this pops up!
I'm a die-hard fan of Mike's character / Paul Rudd, and we all know how much you love hilarious, awkward situations with Ross, so this is one I've really been waiting for!
I have quoted Ross's whining, "but you leeeeeft" remark - privately to myself - several times after a particularly annoying customer would return to the thrift shop where I worked after they had finally finished, or so I thought, LOL.
(And before others beat me to it, in case you didn't see the extended version and are wondering, "Why didn't they just turn on the TV?" ...it was broken. You're welcome. :P)
Yay, double Friends!
I'm happier than ever pls upload friends more
I was worried what I was going to do this Friday night, but I needn't have.
I love this show so much. I live in Oklahoma City and I know everyone has their preference but I like living here. City’s that aren’t on the coast always get a bad rap. But Oklahoma is a great place to live and raise a family. You have space and don’t have people living on top of one another. Really feels free.
Yay, double feature this week. 👍
woah i thought because we had an video yesterday, there wouldnt be any today but yay. Im kinda already sad that we're close to the end.
This recap ep is my favorite one out of all in the series because it actually moves the story foward. Its a nice ending to the tulsa storyline with another progression for Chandler's character, he has very consistent development imo.
Ross' "how did you know?" always gets me. 😂😂
I hope that when are you finished with all 10 season of friends you can react to the friends reunion. Please!
I don't think it was temptation from Chandler it was more shock as that's never happened to him
How much I like this episode of Ross and Mike cannot be measured! It is one of my favorite episodes just because of this interaction between the two.
Nick. Look, you are needing to know how much you are messing with our minds. First dropping _Friends_ on a Thursday, making all of us shake our heads in confusion about the day of the week. And now... is it next Friday already?!? Two days in a row?! I vote for making EVERY day of the week a _Friends_ Friday!!
Whose birthday is it??? Friends episodes two days in a row?? Wow thank yooooou!! 😄
He said on Patreon that Quynh has been busy this week and they couldn't film a movie reaction so he decided to give us this treat instead (of course 4 episodes ahead on Patreon though) 😉
Ahhh I understand, doesn’t have Patreon so 😂 But it’s awesome!
the fact phoebe always got some guys in big professions:
Mike was a lawyer
That one cop she dated (Gary)
The firefighter and architect duo (Vince and Jason)
David the scientist guy
The therapist guy in S1 (Roger)
Larry the health inspector
Sergei the diplomat
the navy seal guy (Ryan)
Idk what we did to deserve 2 videos this week 🥹
Man Chandler and Monicas relationship always gives me hope for love
Btw, Nick said on Patreon that Quynh has been busy this week and they couldn't film a movie reaction so he decided to give us this treat instead (of course 4 episodes ahead on Patreon though) 😉
The Chandler storyline in E10 just reminds me how grateful I am that Matthew said no to the original storyline in the Vegas episodes in S5 where Chandler was supposed to cheat on Monica. They've had their struggles in their relationship but it just shows that you don't need one of the people involved to cheat in order to create conflict and drama. Even though in real life people cheat all the time, there's so much more that happens in relationships, good and bad. Also, like you said, it's normal for Monica to be insecure in spite of being considered more "traditionally attractive" than Chandler. Not to be super judgemental but I honestly don't understand people who cheat. If you're unhappy in your relationship and it's not an abusive one, then LEAVE! I just don't get it.
Anyway, as hilarious as E9 is with Ross & Mike, Rachel & Phoebe and Monica/Chandler/Joey, I've never understood why Ross didn't just throw in a movie or something or why Chandler felt the need to hide him wanting to be with his wife from Joey. Like, he's not the brightest but he's literally been the biggest supporter of their relationship from day one.
Btw, Wendy is played by Selma Blair. She's most known for Legally Blonde, Cruel Intentions, The Sweetest Thing and the Hellboy franchise. She also played Kris Jenner (the matriarch of the Kardashian/Jenner family and friend of Nicole Brown) in The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, where David Schimmer played her husband Robert Kardashian (friend of O.J. and part of his legal team). She auditioned for the role of Buffy which of course went to Sarah Michelle Gellar (whom she appeared with in Cruel Intentions). Selma was diagnosed with MS in 2018.
In E9, there is a blooper where Chandler and Joey are entering the apartment to "confront" Monica and Courteney Cox looked at Matt LeBlanc rather than Matthew Perry. I would post the link but I can't find a video with just that so I don't wanna spoil something else from S9 for you but I recommend after watching the season (and the rest post S5 after you finish the show).
The Vegas cheating plot isn’t confirmed by writers or producers. It was just something reports right after Perry died
CHRISTMAS CAME EARLY I FEEL SO BLESSED ❤❤😂😂
I just saw Legally Blonde! That girl is from Legally Blonde that's at Chandler's work
Thank you for two days of Friends!! I just opened youtube and it was awesome and a test to see that you posted a new Friends episodes
I was like has it been a week already I was so confused 😂
I was nervous about not getting another friends release today , thank you for the reaction and the double release!
Apparently the writers of the show were going to make Chandler cheat but Matthew Perry vetoed the idea because he thought Chandler wasn't the type of guy who would do that to Monica. He really got the character and made it his own. May his soul rest in peace.
It’s so funny to think how many problems or situations in Friends over the years would have changed if there had just been cell phones lol.
What?! Friends two days in a row. That's amazing. Thanks, Nick! 😀👍
Two days in a row? Please keep this going every week 😌
The original plan was for Chandler to have an affair but Matthew Perry refused.
that was fake. never was in the plans. The writers knew that would ruin the show.
That was in season 5 not season 9. You have that completely backwards
Thanks Nick!💜
Please react to SEINFELD. You’ll love it!!!!!!
Monica could have told Joey she's taking pictures for Chandler when he's in Tulsa. It would explain why she dressed like that
OMG ANOTHER VIDEO SO SOON!!
this feels so good
Ross got a Taste of his own medicine and now he knows what it feels 😂😂😂
Yay double!! 👏
Selma Blair is in a lot of great movies, one of my favourites is the underrated “Highway” with Jake Gyllenhaal and Jared Leto.
Phoebe's boyfriend's name is actually Mike, Mike Hannigan. 😝
2 FRIENDS VIDEOS?! we are so spoiled
ross's physical comedy man he can even make sitting with a dude saying nothing funny as hell
The actress playing Wendy, Chandler’s co-worker, who tried to sleep with him is Selma Blair. Two of her most famous roles are in Vivian, Elle’s love rival turned friend in Legally Blonde and Cecile in Cruel Intentions where she famously made out with Sarah Michelle Gellar.
double friends? made my weekend!!
My husband and I are semi long-distance sometimes. He works on oil rigs, so he's away for weeks (home for weeks too, to make up for it). Phone dates a couple times a week, long chats, messaging daily. Depends if winter weather prevents signal though.
Wow two friends reactions in 3 days what a treat 🎉
9:05 Quantumania foreshadowing?
I've never been this happy
I really really enjoyed these two episodes ....coming back from 7&8 . Your reactions to these four episodes was great. The introduction to Paul Rudd ( Ant Man ) Mike in the cast was perfect for Pheobe . The casting dept. definitely delivered a stellar cast every season . One of my favorite scenes was when you were laughing about Mike and Ross.... I do not know how many takes it took them to not laugh but I loved every moment of them and your laughing at them.
When Chandler came back home to Monica that was so special and endearing . I tried being in a long distance relationship but it got to the point where even video chat felt empty.... some couples can pull that off but it's not a workable relationship for everyone .
I am looking forward very much to your reactions for the rest of FRIENDS . Some of my favorite scenes are still to come . Thank you for youe channel and all the laughs
After college, my Dad got a teaching job in another state and my Mom moved there with him. Then partway through the year he got angry at the administration and spontaneously quit. He got another job back in there home state, but my Mom was already settled into her own job in the new state. He moved back to start his new job while she stayed a little longer to wrap things up at hers.
When telling this story she said "I told myself: 'he gets to do this ONE time. Never again.'" Fortunately, he didn’t. But yes, it was not fun living apart.
Another great day thanks!
I went to the same high school as Paul Rudd. Though they were different years.
Omgg ham stealer was the vamp from legally blond 1
Double the Friends ep ???!!! What is going on, Nick? 😂 You just couldn't help the suspense, I get it. Thanks for this though, I certainly needed it. 😊☺️
Thanks for the extra reaction ❤❤❤❤❤
You Just made my weekend. ❤❤
2:05
Speaking as a military wife- there is no “great” way to make that work. You just do. 😂
So awesome let’s go❤❤
It's good seeing 2 in one week but that also means it's going to end quicker though
Omggggg okaaayyyy with the double upload 😍👏
Tulsa to NYC is definitely not 3 hours even if you could get a direct flight.
Would love to see you react to the movie "Fried Green Tomatoes" with Kathy Bates and Jessica Tandy.
Idk what’s happening but IM SO HAPPY hahaha
Wow I’ve never put this together… Wendy (the ham stealer) and Rachel’s sister from the previous episode starred in a movie called the sweetest thing, alongside Cameron Diaz. You and your gf should react to it! I know you said you’d never seen Christina Applegate in anything.
Considering you're enjoying Friends and The Big Bang Theory so much, have you thought about watching How I Met Your Mother?
Hell yeah, the 3 best shows ever
2 in one week? Pinch me, I'm dreaming!
You know what I didn't understand
Bill from the bar called rather quickly
he has Rachel's number, of course he is going to call a sure thing immediately (as Amy & Jill would say)
my thing is rachel is allowed to have a love life if she wants and shouldn’t feel that way like she did something wrong
Like I've said before : MONICA LOOKS FABULOUS !!
2 in 2 days ?? thank you Nick
What a treat ❤
Chandler was originally supposed to cheat on Monica but perry refused the story line and said that chandler would never do that and the fans would never forgive him if he did
Yeeey!! Another friends!
The best way is for Chandler to find a better job in New York
22:10 This part always makes me sad. Chandler suddenly shows up, quitting his job just to be with Monica and his friends, not knowing that his wife was just accusing him of having an affair. I know this is a comedy show, not supposed to be taken seriously but imo they should've addressed this.
I think by this season they made Monica too extreme, kind of ruined her character a bit.
I don't know why some people don't like season 9 because I find it hilarious
Of course it's hilarious
Omg whaaaaaaaaat!
I'm pretty sure Chandler was originally going to have an affair in the show but Matthew Perry was strongly aganst it so the writers cut it
I thought that was going to be during the Vegas episode?
Nick.... I love you, thank you.
Monica's easiest way to answer Joey's first question about her sexy slip is, "Well... I'm just talking to Chandler. On the phone. ..." And if Joey continues, "How come I heard a man's voice before?" "On speaker. I needed an extra hand. ..."
