The first thing I liked this morning.
Yeeeppeee!! 🙂
Think I have never heard Elena say ‘yippee’ more than she has in this video - awesome!
Y’all seem very happy in the Caribbean!! Good to see your smiles!!!
WOW.. Just a gorgeous way to spend some time relaxing. Exploring all the little islands is going to be such an adventure. So glad you take all of us along with you when you do. Elena you better keep a close eye on Ryan concerning his fishing addiction, it can become an obsession really quick. I know because I am also an obsessed fishermen, welcome to the club Ryan. Nothing like wetting a line and catching fish. Thanks for taking us along for the fun and another great video.
Hehehe! Thanks for the heads up Thomas! :D Thanks for watching.
Can't get any better ! Beautiful.
I know It's so hard to make one little video I appreciate that thanks.
Thank you! Yes, these 20+ mins long videos are a killer! 😂
With snow capping the mountains next state over , this certainly looks inviting right about now.

I think that fish was sent to tease Ryan!!!!
Get well soon!
Wonderful video and nice feeling. Allways waiting for your next video...
Cheers Martin!
Loving following your adventures, well done for making it happen.
That place is so beautiful! My wife is like how far away is that so I quickly plotted a rough practical course and it came out to 2K NM from us. She wanted days, It was a 14 day straight sail no stopping, so I said 1.5 to 2 month because we would be stopping at all the islands on the way. That current was nuts! Really wonder how those fish got that bate fish off with out getting snagged. You know, they didn't become big fish being totally dumb. Keep living the dream!
Lovely video again. Especially liked the nice onboard chatting. And of course the stunning views. Thanks for continuing to produce despite your (temporary) insect induced rest. All the very best
Thanks so much, Andy. Luckily I had a draft of these videos saved on the hard drive 😊
Loved this video, thank you 🙂
Thanks!
nice to relax with you guys.
GOD bless you
Cheers Martin!
Another entertaining video guys. What an adventure.
Try and avoid getting sun burnt as it has consequences later in life. Suspect moles being dug out in middle age is painful!
As for your evening supper it looked wonderful, but I would not be able to eat much of it. Numerous medical complications and allergies sadly.
Amazing to find deserted islands. Beautiful.
As always I wish you fair winds tides and currents.
Cheers Nigel! We're always so careful, so it was a big deal to get sunburned for us 😁 We spend 98% of our time in the shade 🙂 I guess I'd have to cook something different for you then 🙂
Looks fantastic, I saw something on telly yesterday which might interest you, they cooked fish inside a pocket of kelp, slit it through the centre, made a pocket, wrapped it up and cooked it, they said it was really moist and tasty. Looking forward to next weeks video. xxx
Simply BEAUTIFUL: congrats (from the Aegean Sea, after Covid19) get the magic atmosfere in your spirits..
Awesome ports of call - you are headed in the right direction - please give me a shout when you get close to Andros, Bahamas.
I've have subscribed to your channel. Well done video. Thanks for sharing your life and times with us that watch your electrifying channel. Outstanding job.
Thanks ever so much, Edward! We hope you'll enjoy watching :)
@@SailingKittiwake I'm sure it will be quite an experience for me. I'm a certified captain up to 32 feet. But sadly I don't own a yacht. I rent one when I go to the ocean. I live in north Carolina USA. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful videos of your day with us that watch your channel. Outstanding job. Well done
We have a saying here in Alaska when it comes to fishing, never eat before or during fishing and when you do get one shower before eating it...then you'll have good fishing for the rest of the season ...maybe it'll give you some luck...fish on..take care,be safe and may your needs be met when needed...
Cheers for the tip Clifton!
HA HA HA That's pretty cool
Very Nice Video ♥️👌👍
Cheers!
Wow just amazing !! I saw something on FB Elena, hope you are ok. Your journey is sooo fantastic.
Thanks so much, Richard. Slowly feeling better 🙂
5:22 that's what she said!😂🤣😂
poor baby fishing in the carribean!! LMAO!
:D :D :D he always says I'm mean to him :D
Bloody beautiful
bella vita!!
I love your stuff and your story, so am going to become a Patron. I might turn up as Colin Begg. Patreon seems to mix up my channel name and my name. Keep these great videos coming.
Yeeeppeee! Thanks ever so much ❤ Speak to you on there 🙂
Yippee! Mojitos, mojitos... Zzzzzzzzz
Probably said it before but I think you guys are very lovely and I really like your videos. Would you consider buying a good appropriate fishing rod and reel since it does give a bit of dampening when reeling in a fairly big fish and I also feel sorry for your hands doing it by hand. Mind you I think you have done very well fishing. Look forward to the next one, cheers.
Thanks a lot, Jonas. No, that’s not in our budget 😊
@@SailingKittiwake I undertand, perhaps in the future, good luck with the fishing as is.
🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🙌Home Sweet Home. How I Miss you!
Read "The birds" by Daphne du Maurier to imagine a birds' attack......Also a movie by A. Hitchcock.
So the news from the UK looks like promos for V For Vendetta Movie. Things are little tense it seems. Be glad you are not home.
Use raw vinegar to take the sting out of those horrible sunburns - dip a wet cloth in a bowl of vinegar and lay directly on the skin - minutes later you'll feel the pain of the sunburn retreat.
Wow I had no idea!
When trolling with whole fish cut the tail off, this will stop it from spinning.
Did you have a rescue plan if the current carried you away?
Wonderful life you both have.
Cheers Gray
Australia
The dinghy is our rescue plan 😁 Thanks Graham!
@@SailingKittiwake Just stream a warp. It will float down current and it is easy to grab if you lose ground to the current or just need a rest.
@@SailingKittiwake good news. I wish you both well.
Girl you missed the subtle hint when reaching for the milk...The fishing gear was a hint that Ryan wanted you to catch some fish for his breakfast before he got up. LOL
Haha! That would have been fun! He would have woken up with the boat sailing and me trolling 😂
4 pounds and 26 pence for a baguette, what a bargain!
Just look at the view, priceless.
Delivered to your boat, too 🙂
💙
Hi you two. Avocados can kill birds, not a good idea to feed them with it. Keep safe and have fun in the sun from Oz.
What kind of bread is that? It looked really good!
I don't know much about audio production, but I'm thinking you guys might be peaking a bit on the high end. It was hard to hear what you guys were saying sometimes over the ocean sounds or other high pitched sounds and all of your "S's" were really loud. Just thought it might be helpful to check that if you can.
envy
Sorry!
It's a hard life holding all those tools and beer. I'll start a fund to get you home. Lol
It's a tough life!
Some great drone footage in this one. Sorry if you’ve been asked before, but which drone do you use?
Thanks Gene. It's a Mavic Pro from 2017, so a bit old now.
Can you give an update on the water maker please!
It works well but needs the seals changed every few months. They don't cost much, though.
if a person wanted to 'exit' society due to war, economic collapse, etc, what is the feasibility of going to an uninhabited island to live 'off grid'? - are these places monitored by authorities? thanks
Pretty much zero 😅
Larger hooks, steel leaders, 100lb test line. Larger sinkers.
Be careful cutting things over your stomach.... sorry had to say it. If not thanks for another great outing in the Caribbean!
Don't worry - knives are always blunt on boats 😂
What is the make and model of the dinghy
Zodiac Alu RIB, the smallest model (2.4m). We LOVE it.
how to get the birds stay away you just use a bit of white bread with fair amaunt of Tabasco on it🤢 and you will see the seagulls skybomb themself into the water and they probably stay away from you😉
You payed 4 pounds and 26 pence for that baguette
Welcome to the Caribbean. A bag of baby potatoes is £9 😂 that's why we never buy anything tasty.
:)
Look at these two lazies :)
