weird I never got the red box tool nothing when I bought the strap from OMEGA store in Canada - also the first watch they gave me was damaged, had to replace it. - worse experience ever
@@danieltaylor4593 if the hands are corroded moisture entered the case as it seems to be common w this model. They’ll swap the hands but the logo will likely be corroded and they’ll recommend new dial which is $250 extra

Why does it matter if you get one with corroded hands and logo? Won’t Omega swap these out in service? Is it that it makes the service more expensive?
