HAIRSTYLES - TECHNIQUES FOR FAST, STYLISH & BEAUTIFUL HAIR - Best Fast & Easy Hairstyles + how to use hair padding and scrunchies for my styling options for thin or fine hair. ruclips.net/video/P4SXe0Wm-gw/видео.html
This is the updo that made me fall in love with you 4 years ago. At that time I had beautiful, waist-length, gray hair. Since then I have lost my hair twice due to chemotherapy and radiation. I am currently wearing wigs. My real hair resembles a giant cotton swab. It's hard to keep my sense of humor, but I so enjoy your videos planning for when I have hair again. It's growing back snow white and as beautiful as ever.♡
Thank you and I'm so sorry for your hair issues. However, I can identify as I've suffered loss through personal trauma and am currently using heat friendly synthetic fibre toppers and hair pieces to augment what hair I do have. And well positioned and styled, nobody can tell the difference. I'll be doing more on this aspect of our crows of glory
Greatly appreciated. Husband passed away, my hair fell out from the stress. Hair came back, but not the same as I had. Thank you for sharing this video 🙏
I loved the single scrunchie look so much, I bought another to go for the double. Today I shopped with a friend and we picked up her 5 & 8 year old boys from school. The younger one loves to play with my hair and got a bit rambunctious detaching one of the scrunchies. You have never seen any two young faces more shocked, slack-jawed and horrified at the handful of hair from my head. They were very relieved when Mommy and I started laughing; I think they thought it was the end of the line for them.
I think you are amazing I love watching your videos I am afraid I haven't taken care of myself for many years but I am trying to improve that. I have no idea what make up colours to use could you give me any tips please. I haven't worn make up for twenty years or more. Keep the videos coming x
THANNNNNNKKKK YOUUUUUU for a beautiful, intelligent, easy video showing how to use these things, *without* all the blah blah blah incessant, redundant and stupid chatter. Bless you! Great tutorial. Subscribed.
As usual, the fabulous Sharon Danely at her best. Thank you for your teachings. I do my hair similar to yours and always get so many positive comments.
Wow! It's so simple and gorgeous for short hair! Thank you so much. I will do this for my grandma for every function now! Thank you so much! Subscribed and have hit the bell icon! Loved it!
Gosh darn GORGEOUS! I'm so envious. I'm only a few years younger than you. My hair is short. Each time I try to let it grow I get discouraged at about collar length. This is how I would love to wear my hair.
Thank you Kathy Mitchell Upton - you CAN wear this exact style with shorter hair. You just have to pin it differently. Whatever hair you can put into a pony - do so and pin and spray the rest of your hair back and cover over with the scrunchies - easy peasy. AND it's a great way to wear your hair while you are trying to grow it too.
I add a little variety to my hair pieces for brown hair with a temporary curl color like “As I Am” in Bold Gold or Copper. I dip a dye brush or comb into the Jared product and gentle run it through different portions of my hair pieces. When I am done wearing the piece I can just wash the product out to go back to the base color. It will make my pieces look more natural and less one dimensional. The product smells good and can be used on your natural hair to match your pieces even more closely and add dimension your natural in between dye jobs. 💕🙏💕🙏
Here us a trick I learned from beauty school years ago. When you put in the final mental straight pins, bend back one side of the end part of the pin about 2 quarters of an inch before pushing into your hair to hold those curls, and the pins stay in your hair and don't slide out so easy, they hold in your hair so much better.
PS after seeing your video on false eyelashes sold me again on wearing them daily , I used to do so for many years and was very proficient in putting them on, had it down to less than 7 min, but yes as we get older, all these things help ( once again!) thanks again!
Wearing your hair up is so much more appealing which proves shorter hair with a little height at crown is attractive on older women who face is aging and losing elasticity
I love that you have long hair. Mine is almost waist length & friends between your age and mine are making haircut suggestions 🙃. Your length seems very versatile and looks very feminine. When I worked in Paris I saw many women over 60 & 70 wearing their hair long. Tres chic, madame. Perhaps I will inch my way to your length.
Great tutorial ! Thanks for making a quick an simple video. You may already know this but there’s a hair company using a clip of your video to sell their hair pieces on social media. I think it is Juva Bun but honestly have seen so many ads lately it might be INH Hair. Anyhoo, just wanted to mention it.
Thank you Sharon. I've been looking all day on Amazon for this. Can't find one. My hair is gray, white, and golden blonde, kinda like our president's hair but a little more white. I'm at a loss. Wish going gray would all come out in close to one color!!!
Hi Sharon, I'd like to share with you how I secure my scrunchie. After gathering my hair in a ponytail (like yours), I place two long hairdressing clips horizontally, one on the right, one on the left, just above the covered elastic. Then I place my index fingers into the elastic loop of the scrunchie, stretch it out horizontally, and place each end hooking over the clip on each side, keeping my little pompom (real hair) in the middle of the scrunchie hair. I hope this makes sense, let me know if you try it. Hugs, Cathy
You can find a lot of them on Amazon now. There may be a little trial and error but so worth it. I have sometimes bought 3 of the same style and colouring so I have a stash to rely on when one wears out. You can also google hair suppliers close to where you live. Hope that helps
Love it! Currently I have a pixie cut which is good on me but through the years I have always looked better w/ my hair up, pictures in all stages of life do not lie. Am trying to decide if It worth going through the trouble ( and I sure do mean trouble!) of growing my hair out just to wear it pulled back or up. Would take me at least a yr if not longer to be able to use my scrunchies etc,. That said, my hair was truly quick to do in a pony or up, and didnt take the time, gel / cuts every 5 weeks etc, Husb loves it short so I am at a crossroads here, Thanks for the tips! Am hitting the big 6 oh mark, taking yrs to grow out?? Just not sure,,,, any ideas?
I use to find the right colour like in this video, but I also now have difficulty finding them, I've ended up buying a couple on Amazon, take them apart and remake them by combining about 3 different colours together which better matches my hair. I have a video coming on this very subject. And I will continue to keep my eye open for ones I can recommend.
Hi Sharon - I'm growing out highlights (transitioning to silver) but my updo needs to be covered with a scrunchie because the remaining yellowish stands are all still there. I appreciate your link to the Canadian Amazon site - but would appreciate info on your specific scrunchie color choices in this video. Would you be so kind as to identify the exact color you purchased? Thank you so much Christine xo
Please check the "Show More" notes below the video and there are several listed there. Unfortunately the first two links are no longer available, but the rest work well. Hope that helps
Thank you Courteney Skipsey, I am aware and did NOT give permission for the use of my image or video. AND I simply don't have the inclination emotionally or monetarily to go after them.
58wellsey - I simply use my regular shampoo and do it gently, add my regular moisturizer for about 10 minutes, rinse throughly, let dry and then comb through gently with a pick comb.
I just found this on 10/13/2019. How could I get this look using my own hair. My hair is top of shoulder blade length, fine but very curly, no bangs. I'm a hair style idiot who needs help! Thank you to anyone who sees this and can help.
