  • The ultimate cake for berry lovers! Three layers of soft butter cake and fill with fresh Chantilly whipped cream and berries. It is a dream to eat because it hits all the dessert spots: sweet cake, tart berries, and creamy whipped cream frosting.
    This recipe is created using my cake app that I programmed! It's called the cakeculator (cake calculator 🤓) and can customize cakes based on the sizes and flavors you need. Turn this recipe into cupcakes, 2 layers, or a huge 4 layer cake.

    Would you wet the cake before putting the filling or you think it’s not necessary?

      You def can use a sugar syrup (or maybe some berry syrup!), but I find that it's great just with berries and whipped cream

      Yes! That is such a good suggestion! I use that for butter based buttercreams but I haven't yet tried with whipped cream ones yet :)

    My stuff Chantilly Cream looked like it was separating when I added the Mascarpone & Almond extract.😔What did I do wrong?

      A couple things come to mind - either the whipped cream was a little overwhipped, which causes the fat to separate. You would have seen that before adding the mascarpone. The other thing is that the mascarpone was too cold and not smooth when you added it. So what happens is that there was a temperature imbalance between the whipped cream and mascarpone and the mascarpone was not able to mix in properly. That would also give a curdled appearance. I hope that helps :)

      So this was my golden vanilla cake - but this is an old video (lol makes me cringe a little to watch it) I've since redone this recipe with my white vanilla almond cake - you can see the video here: ruclips.net/video/eTrHH37-s1s/видео.html
