It has a nice clean shave. It's the best one I have tried. I had their previous series 9000 and it struggled when I let my beard grow out for a few days but this one just slices through it with no tugging or any of that.
@@musarratbhatti3669 the Braun Series 7 shavers are nice shavers, not as good as the Series 9, but definitely worth the $100-$200 Price range Sometimes they go on sale for $99, that is a great deal
I like rotary razors but I hate to buy Norelco or Remington products. They last for 2 years before they break. I don't like foil razors, but I got a Braun now about 7 years ago and it's still working fine.
@@ShaverDude My Norelco shavers never made it to the point where it needed new blades; they broke before new blades were needed. My Braun is 7 years old and is still using the same blades. I'm sure new blades would help it but it does ok with the blades it has.
@@ShaverDude Thanks for responding. And please know that you are not alone. I have put this question out to over three dozen thee-and-aye RUclipsrs during the past couple of years. Unfortunately, only one (beside you) responded civilly, if at all. And he didn't really have a good idea why he did it. I'll offer you my thoughts. First, although I obviously know nothing about your personal life, I feel confident that you don't speak this way in everyday conversation. Very few people do. So that would pretty much eliminate the geographical-accent theory. I've noticed people revert to this way of speaking when in front of an audience, or even just with someone they perceive as higher status. In short, I think it's a subconscious attempt to sound smarter. There are times when the aye and thee pronunciations are correct -- e.g., immediately before some words beginning with a vowel. But we're not dealing with that here. I believe you and other RUclipsrs are using it as a way to create emphasis. Like if I said, "You are THEE RUclips channel to watch for shaver reviews." (Meaning, you're the best.) Used once in a while, for the right reason and at the right time, this can be useful and effective. But when used frequently and without other purpose, it's simply too much emphasis. It is as if we are saying that "Every thing I say is extremely important!" It is akin to TYPING IN ALL CAPS. The listener feels as if they're being shouted at, even though no actual shouting is taking place. (Incidentally, my father used to do this when I was a kid and making fun tape recordings. I noticed it, but what too young to question why he was doing that. Now I recognize that he was playacting a character that he wanted to sound smart.) How does all this land with you...?
The lights were bullshit lol. No wonder they removed it, it is not because they wanted to "lower the price", its because it was unhelpful, annoying and took battery life. Next thing they should get rid of is the terrible angles head design and go back to the circular design. Its just harder to shave with that stupid angular design - by far, this is the only major con of philips shavers from the last several years. The stupidity is beyond me.

9400 shaver great shaver as always I got one for myself last bro 😎 it works like a charm bro 😎
Nice 👍
Thanks man, have you always used an electric?
No, I have only used an electric shaver the past 3 years. Prior to that, I was a Gillette Mach 3 guy.
Can I shave my head with this?
I would guess yes, but I do not know for sure.
Thanks for the video!

I meant to say I got myself one last week 😊

if you get the right shaver it can last for years. How often do you change blades?

Why so many "thee's" and "aye's"? The normal pronunciation for the and a is *thuh* and *uh.*
sorry for misspronouncing words
@@ShaverDude I wasn't seeking an apology. My question was "why?" Do you know, or is it simply an unconscious habit that you hadn't noticed?
@@jimreadey4837 had to go rewatch this video, had no idea I did this. I don't know if this is a geographical accent or just a "me" thing

Ha, tell it like it is. I am a bit confused by the angled design. It does shave well though.
