    2 stalks of spring onion
    2 tbsp tomato paste

    The basic recipe for someone who doesn' have a specific one,is lentils (or any other legume)
    oats (or any other grain) onion,greens and spices of our liking.
    And then we can have a ton of variation,adding or substracting or changing some/all the ingredients.
    Am i right brothers? 😉

    I found this very interesting to make, you're incredible! But I can't eat oats. What thing should I use for the substitution? You said that the oats function is to make it firm. Oats are carbs, isn't it? Maybe I can replace the oat with mashed potatoes? I won't replace it with breadcrumbs as I don't eat gluten. Thanks. Have a wonderful day!

    • @SkySweetie
      @SkySweetie 3 года назад +3

      Ohmk. You clicked on a vegan video, then posted about meat. I'll bring the heat back around.
      They want everything BUT the animals in it.
      If you don't understand, do not put veggies or herbs or salt or pepper on flesh and eat it raw like every other carnivore.

    • @freeman8128
      @freeman8128 3 года назад

      @@SkySweetie I clicked on the video curious of the oxymoron "vegan meatball" in the title. If it's vegan its not meat and if its meat its not vegan.
      That is why I posted the comment that the best choice for someone who wants meat is meat.
      The fact that so many vegans crave meat suggests hypocrisy and suggests that veganism is not a natural diet for human beings.
      However, vegans have every right to choose whatever diet they wish - provided they respect the same right in those who do not share their fads and preferences.
      As for eating raw meat, there are many recipes for raw and semi-raw meats and fish. Have you ever heard of 'Beefsteak Tartar'? - Finely chopped, minced and ground steak served raw with salt and pepper. Likewise, 'Blue Steak': steak lightly seared on the outside but otherwise raw.
      Cured meats, dried meats and smoked meats are also uncooked.
      Delicious.

    • @GK-we6gi
      @GK-we6gi 3 года назад +2

      @@freeman8128 the problem is that sure veganism may not be our natural diet but having smartphones, cars and climate change, killing millions of animals in horrible conditions and just seeing them as objects of which you have to get the most out is not natural either. So switching to a vegan diet is a really good opportunity to do something good. And if you need the taste of meat or cheese then the vegan alternatives are becoming better and better and then the biggest differece is that you aren't actually hurting any animal or human with it... but I don't expect everyone to go vegan overnight I just wanted to point that out and thank you for your respect unfortunately that is sth not too widespread...

      And just some education:

      sweetmeat: a food rich in sugar: such as a : a candied or crystallized fruit b : candy, confection
